I used to say i had a really bad memory, i keep on saying this and when i fail my exams, i keep on blaming my bad memory , it's not my fault it's because of my bad memory! ah com on! it's not true i had a bad memory because i say this to myself everyday , but i wasn't born having a bad memory it's not real.
But now when i read something , i read it only for one time and when i turn the page i say "the things i read they will all stay in my mind and i won't forget anything"! i did this a couple times and it WORKED!
that's what i mean! i never had a bad memory but my mind listen to me when i speak , (well yes yes you can control your mind) whatever i say my mind listen! that's why i keep on telling people don't ever say bad things about yourself like you have a bad memory or you are ugly or you are overweight or something negative because your mind will make you think you are like that FOR REAL! and that's will stop you from doing a lot of things and it's so not good or healthy so here's some steps that may help you!
Say sweet things to yourself in the mirror because what you say in the mirror and what you see will stay in your mind , say good things like you look beautiful today or you look good today! and do that for a couple of times and something inside you will change , your mind will start accepting the things you are saying , and it's no lie , you are beautiful , no one is ugly.
when you study something ,study it like you don't have an exam tomorrow! read it and turn the page while saying that you'll remember all of them later.
if you ever have this dark thought of your body or feeling bad , i know you can't change all your thoughts in one minute but when you feel like that , i want you to stand up and dress your favorite dress and put on some of your favorite makeup and do your favorite hairstyle and i promise you the first thought will come to your head is "why the hell i was thinking like that , i'm hot as hell" because you are beautiful , what you say you become .. remember this always.
don't let your mind control you , control your mind.
