Chapter 3

We soon arrive at the mall and we get out and head towards the main entrance.

"I didn't know you knew Jackie." Maggie says playing with her hair.

"I don't. She was in my Art and P.E. she just kept to herself." I shrug.

We soon make our way to 'Smoothie Kings'.

"Over here!!" Someone yells causing us to turn.

It was Hayes and his posse. (A/N: that sounds mean but I'm not going to name them every single time lol.)

We walk over to them and we all ride the escalator to the second floor.

"Were are we going?" Jack J asks.

"Bath and Body!" I yell running into it.

"It smells so good!" Jackie says sniffing the air causing us to laugh.

I go in and duck hoping the workers wouldn't see me and pressure me into buying their new cooling gel.

But is too late.

"Hi! Can I interest you in our new cooling gel?" A worker with black hair and a name tag that reads 'Crystal' asks.

I just stare at her with "Confusion".

Maggie runs up to me. "She's deaf. She doesn't understand."

I smile and the worker just smiles and walks away.

I walk around and pick up 2 body washes, lotion, and 2 bottles of perfume.

I also get 5 hand sanitizers and and elephant holder.

I go up and pay. The lady scans them all.

"That'll be $82.91" The cashier says and I take out my money and hand it to her.

She put it in the drawer and heads me my change.

"10 plus 5 plus 2 ones and nine cents is your change." She smiles and sets it in my hand. I smile and put it back in my wallet and grab my bag.

I go out where everyone is.

"Guess you didn't want to try that cooling gel?" Shawn laughs.

"Nope." I laugh.

We walk towards Wet Seal which Maggie insisted we go to.

(A/N: they took wet seal and forever 21 out of my mall so I'm doing this in tribute.)

Not interested in buying anything I sit on the bench.

Matt, Shawn, Hayes and I all squished on a 3 person bench.

I'm practically on Hayes lap.

"Whoa, hey guys!" One of the Football players, Kian, says.

"Hey Kian what are you doing." Hayes asks sliding his arm around my waist sending butterflies to my stomach.

"Looking for Miranda. I kinda lost her." He says talking about his missing girlfriend, and scratching the back of his neck.

"Go find her! She's our best flyer!" I laugh.

He laughs and continues walking.

Shawn and Matt whisper to each other and soon Hayes and I are thrown onto the ground. Hays laying on top of me.

The boys are laughing and pointing. Hayes does a pushup position.

I soon find myself lost in his eyes.

Yeah, I'm pretty cheesy.

"Hey." I smile.

"Hi." He smiles back.

Jackie's P.O.V

Hayes and I have been friends since the 6th grade . I never really been jealous of him and his girlfriends but when I say him on top of Noelle my heart just broke. She's gorgeous and I'm just average. She's a cheerleader and I'm in the band. Were do different and I could see why Hayes has feelings for Noelle. I sigh and stand next to Maggie who's grinning from ear to ear.

Noelle's P.O.V

Hayes gets up as I do the same. Maggie walks next to me "I totally ship Halex."

(A/N: Noelle's nickname is Alex if you haven't figured out.)

After a few more stores we decide to eat. We head to the food court and Matt and I go and get Panda while the others go to different food places.

I order Orange chicken, fried rice and an egg roll.

After Matt orders and we pay we find the others and sit at a huge table.

I sit next to Hayes who ever once in awhile puts his hand on my thigh.

This boy will be the death of me..
