Chapter Seventeen

It is actually shocking that Sophia, Daniel and I have the same weekend off. In honor of that we are spending the whole weekend together. Sophia invited Christopher, not that I mind because Christopher is a really cool dude, but they are a couple. This couple has no problem with PDA, so, when that happens I can walk away with Daniel. Anyway, today, we are at a carnival because we wanted to get on some rides and eat junk food until we cannot take it anymore. if that is the case we are going to be here for a week. All three of us are bottomless pits, we can eat for days without stopping which is probably not a good thing. Oh well, the security here will probably kick out us anyway; it wouldn't be the first time.

"How did your movie night with Samuel go last night?" Sophia asks.

"Samuel, you spend the night with the redhead?" Daniel questions, snapping his head towards me "How is he?" He winks and nudges my shoulder.

I push him off of me "It wasn't like that, Danny." I glare at him "Hayden had invited him over to watch Disney movies." I explain to them even though they probably don't believe it "I think Hayden has an even bigger crush on him then I do." I smirk as we walk into the entrance of the carnival.

Christopher grabs Sophia's hand "Samuel and I are really cool. I can put it a good word for you, Lin." He offers.

"Thanks, Chris, but I'm not that desperate yet. I am almost sure that he likes me, too. Almost. Maybe."

"You're an idiot." Daniel and Sophia say in union.

I roll my eyes then link arms with Daniel "How about you Mr. If-I wanted-a-girlfriend-I-would-have-one."

"When we all know you are really Mr. I-can't-get-a-girlfriend-to-save-my-life." Sophia jokes.

Daniel sticks his tongue out at us as the three of us laugh. We get on a few rides before Daniel and I separate from the love birds. They were drying humping each other next to the hot dog stand. I did not want to be there for that, but the perverted hot dog vendor sure as hell loves to watch.

"Let's get on the giant drop before the line gets too long." Daniel says, pointing to it.

I nod as Daniel pulls me to the ride and we run in front of this little kid. We laugh when he curses at us and then we take the last two seats of the ride. The worker snaps us down then goes back to the controls.

"We are going to hell for doing that to that little kid." He chuckles.

"Well, we'll see him there. Did you hear what he called us?" I laugh along with Daniel.

The worker counts down then starts the ride. It takes it time to go up slowly and we can see everything in the park. We were high up and we have to wait for the worker to surprisingly drop us.

"Don't piss in your pants this time." I remind him of last time we did this.

Daniel frowns at me "I had a big gulp before this, I thought I could hold it." He says defensively.

"You thought you could hold pee going down fif-AHH!"

At that moment, the drop happens taking us up and down quickly. After a couple of more times we are lower down and taken out of our seats. Daniel and I walk off of the right. The little kid from before sticks his tongue out us. Daniel and I look each other before doing back to him. He frowns at us then stumps at us which makes us laugh at him. We begin to walk through the carnival again.

"Funnel cake." I yell, excitedly then run over to the stand with Daniel. I turn to face him "You should really learn how to make these for me." I suggest.

Daniel smirks at me "Do I look like Betty Crocker, Sara Lee or Martha Stewart."

"No, but you can be Daniel Schmidt, the amazing funnel cake maker." I joke, as I grab the funnel cake the stand and hand Daniel one. We pay our own way "Thank you." I say to the stand worker.
