What do you tell them
When you're ashamed of what he did?
Nothing.
How do you let them know
That the burns are no accident?
You don't.
When do you let your friend
Finally know what's wrong?
Before it's too late.
How do you hold on
When nobody believes you?
You don't.

PoetryThis is a compilation of poetry that I wrote through my senior year of high school for my favorite English class. I wrote these poems at a time in my life where everything was changing- for the better. I hope you enjoy them.
