Em ask while eating her chips.
We were like just laying on my bedroom floor and practically doing nothing. Both of my feet are on my bed, the light blue paints on my toe nails are still drying. Vicky’s next to me with her feet on my bed too, she paint her toe nails with a glittery gold paint and a beauty mask’s on her face.
“ GUYS! I’M BORED!! “
Em squeal.
I pick up my phone, the clock tell me that it’s still 8, 8:30 PM.
I stand up, sit on where I put my feet earlier and bent to touch the paints.
“ Mine’s dry. “
I look at Victoria and kick her side.
“ Vicky are sleeping already?! “
She pull the mask away from her face and put her legs down on the floor.
“ No. “
At the corner of my eyes I can see that Em’s rolling from right to left to entertain herself. Victoria stand up and walk into the toilet.
“ Stop rolling Em, you look just like when I told Captain to roll. ”
She stop rolling and sat up looking at me.
“ Bang! “
I shoot her with my gun-made-of-hand and with a blank look, she slowly fall on her back. I start to giggle and grab the bowl of chips from the floor.
“ Are you that bore Em? “
I ask her while munching chips. She didn’t answer my question and start to roll from right to left again. After what feel like three minute, Emily stop rolling and sit back up. She look me in the eyes and, “ Rock, paper, scissor! “
I pull out scissor and Victoria ask, “ truth or dare? “
“ S– “
“ Hayley you lost, hurry up choose truth or dare? “
Yes, I lost to Emily’s rock and she grab away the chips from me.
“ But I didn’t lost to you. I lost to Em’s rock. “
“ I don’t mind. “
Em look at me while munching chips. Victoria raise her left eyebrow showing that she win.
“ Truth… “
I say with a lazy voice.
“ Really? You choose truth. “
I nod and suddenly munching chips Em raise her right hand.
“ What now Em? “
I quizzically ask her.
“ Change that to dare. “
“ WHAT?! No you can’t, I choose truth. “
“ We already heard a lot of truths from you Hayley. “
Em look at Victoria to gain support from her and I become anxious also worry. Then, a Nick guy come out from thin air.
“ Tell Nick that you’re his wife. I dare you. “
Victoria look at me with both her eyebrows rose.
“ WHAT IS THAT?! “
“ A dare to you. “
Em look at me with a smile on her lips.
I sigh, “ Nick who? Why tell him I’m his wife? Can’t you change it? Can’t I just tell him that I’m his dead grandma come to tell him to have a good life? Do I know him? Is he older than me? Why can’t you just dare me to shave all my left eyebrow? Wait, NO. No shaving eyebrow. “
Emily suddenly give me the chips, “ here munch some chips, you ask to many questions. One more question from you, I’ll reconsider shaving your left eyebrow, “ and just like that I start to munch chips.
Victoria walk towards my bed and sit next to me.
“ Nick from our Biology class, remember? The dirty-brown-hair hottie. “
