I make this and they make that
I flip burgers and they tip their hat
We fight over who has the biggest crumb
But little do we see that we are dumb
While the bankers and Businessmen take the whole cake
We don't realize how little the rest of us make
10 dollars an hour or 15
This is just the same old standard routine
They laugh and point as we argue and bicker
But The way they steal and keep us broke is far sicker
We don't give them reason to be afraid
Because we don't see or notice their terrible tirade
So until we decide to notice what's wrong
We will be no more that just a pawn
In a game much larger than me or you
You don't have to believe me but I know it's true
Because I make this and they make that
And I flip burgers and they tip their hat
But I will assure of this old chap
they will just sign their check and never look back
