I walk thru the front door hoping that I'm home alone . But , I knew what I hoped for wasn't happening when I heard footsteps growing closer to me and I look up to see my mom is home .
Kaylan - hey mom (said lowly and mentally rolling my eyes)
Drew- hey baby girl how was school ?
Kaylan- (she's trying to make sure I'm not mad at her from last night) It was fine
Drew- Are you hungry? Would you like something to eat?
Kaylan - nah I'm good I gotta get started on my homework

She stormed upstairs to her room before I could even say another word (sigh) I guess I'll just get started on dinner before Ryan comes home lord knows I don't want to get into it with him tonight
