Chapter 10- Shino arrives

Kira's POV

Dinner was as quiet as it normally was with the exception of The three extra people joining them for food. No one said a word besides Kiba who went on and on about the mission, Hinata complemented the food which made me smile at her. She was sweet anyone could see that, she just needed more confidence.
After dinner I grab the dishes and started to wash them easily and whithout a word of complaint.
"I-I can help" Hinatas voice was quiet as she walks over to me and takes the dishes I washed and dries them and passing them to Shino who quietly puts them away. When did he get there?
Once done Kiba and Hinata excused themselves and went home quietly as I head up to the room Shibi-san gave to me on the first day I got here. I curl up on the bed bringing Shino's coat up to my nose and breathing in his scent. I had to keep myself calm when I first saw him, he was immensely attractive not to mention he smelt fantastic. All I wanted to do was pounce on him, but I couldn't, he'd think I was weird.
'Aw my little Kira has a crush~' Nero purrs with a wicked grin gracing his features, I scoff at him. A crush my ass, that would mean at some point id have to confess to him and I am NOT up for that.
'Now now Kira what have I taught you?? You don't have to confess to him if you get him to confess to YOU' He chuckles darkly. I give him a weird look before curling up in a ball and let the scent of Shino lull me to sleep.

Thats how my few months went, Kiba and Hinata visited often most of the time staying for dinner. Shino didn't try to converse with me or ask about where I can from, he was surprisingly quite a bit like his father; quiet.
I continued my time cleaning and training as well as trying to stay away from Kiba, don't get me wrong he was nice but he was always trying to hit on me and as my feelings for Shino grew I couldn't ever stay near them without making a fool of myself.
They had no idea about Nero or my past, Kiba was the only one who would ask and even though I could tell that everyone else wanted to know I never answered. I couldn't, what would they think of me when I told them? I was a monster.
Walking into the garden I curl up at the base of the tree exhausted from training all day, it was great though. Guy runs me to the bone every day, and lee well he was a mini version of Guy so the only thing in his mind was about training. I was grateful to them, they helped me when no one else did Neji helped me learn the Hyuuga way as well. Hiyashi; Neji's uncle was a harsh man who didn't like the Idea of me learning their way but once he found out Nero could sniff out Chakra points he was intrigued he then later on taught me how to properly fight. They were't the only ones who helped me though, The Nara's taught me all the knowledge from the scrolls they've collected and the Akamichi clan taught me how to cook better food. The village was great, everyone supported each other and it was amazing.

3rd Person POV

Todays training was terrible, it was humid and hot. Kira hated humid and hot. Guy still made her do all of the exercises they normally did, and for some reason it made her angry. She held her tongue choosing to just glare at everything not wanting to start another fight. Once she got home she cooked dinner quickly not in the mood to eat with anyone, she didn't understand where he anger was coming from nor did she understand why Nero was refusing to talk to her. That only fueled her anger more, she felt betrayed and that was never a good sign.
Kira waited for them to gather around the table and sit down to eat before excusing herself and sitting in her room, her hearing was exceptional today very much so that she couldn't block out any noises she didn't want to hear. She curled up on her bed with her hands over her ears, weather she liked it or not she was listening to the conversation at the dinner table.
Kiba, Akamaru, and Hinata joined them for dinner and Kiba was asking Shibi-san personal questions about Kira, Rage boiled in her veins. Today was not her day.
