Chapter 17 - Back To Ruthless

After the day I gave birth to Erin, I haven't seen Walter outside my house but I still stayed alert and strapped . It was time for Eric to go on tour and I really didn't want him to go. I didn't know how long he was going to be gone but I needed my man here with us.I didn't want us to be left alone. I knew Walter had to be watching not only my moves but Eric's too. MTV updated everything on us even when I was pregnant I was with Eric doing TV interviews. I wanted to tell him about Walter but I didn't want to stress him not while he's on top of his success. I heared the horn of the tour bus that was parked outside.

"Baby the bus is here" I said coming in to the bedroom.

"Ight"

Eric was just finishing up packing his things when he finally zipped up his suit case.

"Promise me you'll call me every chance you get" I said

"I will baby" He said grabbing me by my waist and pulling close . We locked lips for a few seconds before I heard the bus horn again.

"You better get going before they leave you"

"They ain't goin leave me I'm the star of the show"

He went into Erin's room to say his goodbyes before coming out.

"Ight baby I'm leaving" he said coming out of Erin's room

"Ok...I love you" I said hugging him

"I love you too" he said giving me one last kiss and smacking my butt before leaving.

I stood in the door way as I watched him get on the bus. Ren, Yella, Cube, and Dre waved at me as the bus pulled off and I waved at them back.. As I closed the door the first thought that came into my mind was that I didn't want to be in this house. Since Jerry was gone that gave me a full chance to go to Ruthless and check and see what this muthafucka was doing. I picked Erin up and got her ready for the ride to Ruthless. As stepped out the house with my purse on my shoulder, Erin's car seat in one hand and the car keys in the other trying to lock the front door I heard foot steps coming up the walk way to my house. I instantly turned around and it was Shanita.

"Damn bitch you scared the fuck outta me!" I said

"My bad girl I wanted to come see Erin" she said 

"Well here hold her while I lock the door" I said handing her Erin's car seat

"Awwwww she is too precious ! She looks just like her daddy!"

"I know she got my eyes though" I said finally getting the door locked

"Where ya'll going?"

"I'm going to Ruthless to check on some shit you wanna ride?"

"Sure"

We got into Eric's car and made our way to Ruthless.

"Eric left you his car?"

"Yeah shit that nigga ain't going to be driving it minus well enjoy the 64" I said rubbing on the dash board

"You a trip what happened to your black 63?"

"I still got it it sits in the garage I only bring it out on days that I'm lookin good"

"So you can drive Eric's shit but he can't drive yours?"
