I woke up out my sleep to my back hurting. I rolled over and looked at the clock and it was 5 in the morning. I got up and went down stairs to get some water so I could pop one of these pain killers. As I grabbed a glass out of the cabinet, that's when I felt a splash on the floor.
"Shit" I said
I could feel my contractions slowly coming on.
"MOMMA!...MOMMA!" I yelled
But there wasn't a answer. I climbed up the steps holding the bottom of my stomach as the contractions started coming back to back.
"Mmmmm" I moaned in pain as I stumbled in my mom's room
"Moms get up this baby is coming!"
"THE BABY'S COMING ! OH MY GOD COME ON!" She said jumping out of bed "JIMMIE GET UP !" she said pulling the covers off my daddy.
"Mmm what?" he said half sleep
"MERCEDES WATER JUST BROKE!"
"WHAT! SHIT !" he said getting up "YOU TAKE HER TO THE HOSPITAL DANIELLE I'LL TAKE CARE OF ERIN"
My mother took me to the hospital while my dad got Erin ready. He was going to meet us there. Once I was in the hospital bed I moaned and groaned for hours. I been in pain for 5 hours straight. The doctor gave me a dose of morphine but that shit wasn't nothing but fucking water. The doctor was waiting to deliver the baby he wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. But I wasn't this had to be the worst pain it was worser than my first pregnancy.
"FUCKKKKKK" I groaned as I gripped the sides of the bed. I was in the room alone fighting these contractions.
Just then my hospital room door opened and there stood Eric. Hair braided to the back grey and white striped shirt, black pants, and his converse. I havn't seen Eric in 9 months watching him stand there I forgot how handsome my man was.
"What are you doing here?" I said still in pain
He didn't say one word. He ran to my bed side and pressed his lips against mine. That spark that me and him was missing finally came back. I missed his lips. My tounge explored his mouth while his did the same to my mouth. He embraced me putting his head on top of mine.
"I'm never going to hurt you again baby" he said kissing my head
Within hours our son Merson Lynn Wright was born.
