Chapter 18

As soon as Dom arrived at the shooting location with Alyssa, he doesn't wait for her and instantly rushes in.

Just as Becky was about to fire and pull the trigger, she notices Dom and quickly shoots the urn and the entire thing shattered while Dom is shaken and on the ground.

"Cut!!!" The director yelled and Becky quickly changes to her next outfit while the assistant helped Dom get up "relax man! It's just a gunshot!"

Dom quickly got up and looked around for Becky while she's already high up and ready to shoot her last scene.

"Rolling on set!! Action!!" The director yelled again and someone pushed Becky off a high building and she lands right onto the windshield of a car.

Dom sees it and gasps "OH MY GOD!!!"

"Cut!!" He yelled again and Becky quickly got up "great job everyone! Thank you!!"

He rushed towards her and gave her the biggest hug "baby!!! You scared me!!!!"

Becky kisses his lips "I was shooting a video... I'm done now..."

Dom stayed with his arms wrapped around her waist as she walks out of the venue with him into her trailer.

"Babe, can you let go for like 10 minutes? I gotta go change..."

Dom nodded as he pouts while waiting for her to change.

The minute she took her outfit off, Dom's eyes widened as he sees her whole body covered and battered in bruises.

"What the hell babe?!!"

Becky rolled her eyes and just changes into one of Dom's old shirts paired with a pair of jeans. "It's normal... don't worry about it".

As soon as she left the trailer, Dom held her hand tight and he doesn't let go or loosens his grip as he's afraid that she might leave again.

Becky kisses him again before heading into the car with him.

Dom looked at her with tears in his eyes "I've missed you so much!"

Becky gently wiped his tears away with her fingers while calming him down "I'm here now don't worry about it..."

"Is that why you didn't want-..."

Becky quickly kicked Alyssa gently to signal her to be quiet.

"Sorry!"

Dom looked at her "are you hiding something from me again?..."

Becky shook her head "no... but you didn't have to come all the way here babe, I told you that I'm working..."

"I know... I just miss you... that's all". He looked at her with his arms still wrapped around her waist.

After they've arrived at the hotel, Colson was there to greet them. "Hey!"

Becky got out of the car with Dom "hey..."

Colson has his arms folded "so where is that urn and the ashes?"

Becky shrugs "it's gone now. Don't worry about it..."

Colson sighed "you scattered it?"

Dom looked at the both of them confused.

"Yeah, let's assume that..."

Colson got serious "Rebecca, there's actual human remains involved and it's your actual family!!"

She folded her arms "yeah? So what? Those ashes belongs to my abusive cousin and I'm glad she's dead. I just did what she did to my puppy. I smashed it with a sledge hammer and flushed it down the toilet".
