I still sat there, watching the villagers go back and forth from the markets. It's amazing how many people can live in a city like this. Eventually, Angel woke up and bought some shit. I got up and decided to buy something as well. I don't know what, really. I walked over to a small booth that said: Junk for less! Okay?..I didn't know what to buy here, so... "Ahem, excuse me?" I said to the person running the stand. A guy with black hair wearing an orange robe with yellow swirl designs looked at me with an emotionless expression. "...Sir?" I said once more. He just stared at me as if he's planning a death threat on my family. Not gonna happen. Instead, I looked around on what was on sale. Metal scraps, metal scraps, and even more metal scraps..Huh. My eyes spotted a golden necklace that had a sapphire placed in the middle, and had craving of dragons on the sides. I glanced at the guy and picked up the necklace. "Um...how much for this necklace..?" I asked nervously. He stared at me and then looked at the necklace. "Five hundred sparks," he said solidly. Sparks? The fuck are those? "Sparks?...Um...I don't think I have any..." I said. I guess they were some sort of money. The guy scowled at me and snatched the necklace from my hands. "Then what good are you?!" He yelled. That's it. That necklace is pretty cool, and I wanted it. Not desperately, but I wanted it. Fire engulfed my hand and I grabbed the collar of the guy's robe. "Listen, pal. Let me have the necklace, and I won't hurt you," I said. The guy's eyes widened. "SECURITY!" He yelled in panic. Shit. Well....I'm screwed.

Two men in blood red clothes with golden badges on their chest ran over to us. I quickly let go of the dude and hid the necklace behind me. Fuck. One of the policemen grabbed my wrist and scanned it. What's so interesting about my wrist? Facts: It's peach colored. It has a few freckles. Done. What is it, dude, what? "Hm..." He said. I started to freak out. This seemed like an alien expedition or something. He let go of my wrist and whispered something in my ear. "Head down the road," he hissed. What? Head down the road? "What?" I said in surprise. He hissed. "Down the road. GO!" He pushed me and I went straight down some stone stairs. The corners of them hurt my back. Ow. Ow. Ow. As I tumbled down, I gripped the necklace I had tightly in my hands. Once I hit the floor, dust filled my eyes. I quickly got up and rubbed my eyes, my allergies slowly spreading. Fuuuuck...I opened my eyes and saw an empty street. No markets or stands on either sides. Nothing. Just a stone pathway in the desert leading to...a large red building. I heard a yell behind me. "Milli!" It screamed. Angel ran across the stairs and caught up to me, catching her breath. Cool.

I stared at the building for some moments. It had two golden dragon statues on the sides, and their mouths were open like they were ready to roar. Alright. Head down the road.. I started to walks towards it, and I didn't know the fuck why. Angel followed right behind me, occasionally peeking above my shoulders to see where we're going. The sand beneath my boots crunched as I walked. "I am so not in the mood for this kind of weather," groaned Angel as the heat from the blistering sun poached our skins. Of course, I didn't feel anything. I just adjusted my was to the sharp light. Once we reached the building, I walked up the few steps there were with Angel.

I took a quick look behind me, then back at the door in front of me. It was wooden, and I could easily knock it down. Instead, I knocked twice. A minute after, a boy about the age of eleven with dark brown brunette hair and green eyes wearing a white T-shirt and gray shorts answered the door. "May I help you?" He squeaked. I pull in my lips to hold back a laugh. He was so adorable! I could just punch his face. So. Tempting. "U-Umm..a policeman told me to come here..?" I said, my voice shook from internal giggles. The boy's face looked (adorably) fierce. "Well, just because a policeman sent you here doesn't mean anything," he said. I glanced at Angel who's eyes were glittering. I shrugged and looked at the boy tiredly. "Well, can there be a reason somebody should be here?" I asked. The boy smiled. "For training, of course!!" He exclaimed. My eyes filled with confusion. Why would a policeman send me here, just for training? I'm SUPER well trained. "Hehe, well, sure. May I train with you?" I said in the fakiest voice ever. Angel giggled behind me. The boy snorted and let me and Angel in.
