My eyes widened, and I was leaning so forward I thought I was gonna fall off the edge of the cave.
WHAT are they DOING HERE!?
How did they find me!!?!
Where-how -WHAT.
WHAT.
My heart was hammering against my chest. They're gonna get themselves KILLED here!! Did Fjord see them come in?!
Questions stormed in my head while the Creepypasta gang fought against guards and soldiers to get to me. ....did they really.........care that much?..
I heard a few screams and yells of terror, and pools of blood was starting to form on the snowy ground. I didn't want them to die here! I don't want them even dead!
They shouldn't save me! I can get out on my fucking own. No reason for me to panic and shit.
...I'm dead.
They were barging closer and closer to the palace, and it was too close so I couldn't see them anymore from my cave. Oh MY GOD. I'm scared as shit.
I was so concentrated on the fact that the Creepypasta might be dead by now that I didn't hear the small clattering of ice. "Um...hey," I heard. I quickly turned around and saw it was just Lake. I sighed in relief. "Ugh, don't scare me like that," I huffed. Lake smiled and scooted closer to me. "Hey, um....I wanna have a deal," he said. I looked off to the side. "...Keep talking," I said.
"How about this, I let you go. Then you could punch me, as if you escaped by yourself," he said. I thought about that for a moment. "Okay, but would NOT punching you be alright?" Lake pulled his lips in as if in deep thought. "....Well, the other guards will immediately notice, so they'll come inside, but you'll be gone already," he said. I slowly started to get annoyed. See, it's people like this make me hate their guts. "Aaaaaaaand what will that do?" I asked.
"Fjord wouldn't kill you. She's got way more prisoners like you in her tower, so you being gone wouldn't be a problem," he said, smiling. I sighed and took one more glance at the village below. People were screaming and running around still, and guards were fighting back.
I tuned around. "Fine," I said. Lake kneeled down and turned a small blue diamond on the cuffs and they disappeared. He did the same for the rest and I was free. Only a day being imprisoned. Not bad. When I got up, we stared at each other for a while, because we both knew we wouldn't hurt each other. ".......Or-" "Just do it," He said hesitantly. I slowly patched my fingers in a fist and punched Lake in the cheek.
A couple droplets of blood flew out of his mouth. Wow, am I really this strong? Well, believe it.
Lake nearly fell onto the ground. He rubbed his cheek, where I punched him, which was fully red and beginning to swell. For once, I regret punching somebody. ....Meh. I hated him anyways. "Bye," I said, and jumped off the cave.
I cut through the cold air. I swiftly landed on the ground, which made a loud crunch on the snow. I carefully looked around, trying to find the Creepypasta. Nothing but blood in the snow and a couple of dead guards. Why wasn't Fjord here to slash off everybody's head? I mean, C'MON. That would've been much more epic.
Anyways, I crept by the icy palace and looked for them. Nothing. Where are they? I kept looking until I felt a strong hand slam against my back. "OooOOOWW!! HEY-" I started, but when I turned around, I saw it was just Jeff. He smiled his usual insane grin. "How you doin'?" He said. I flinched. How-What- "H-How are you g-guys here....?!" I stuttered. Jeff rolled his eyes and shoved me. "Um, LOGIC," he snickered.
....Oh yeah....
CREEPYPASTA.
"ALRIGHT. Fine. Where're the others?" I asked, aching from the back pain where Jeff shoved me. "I dunno. They should be here," He shrugged. My eyes took a quick glance back up at the icy palace above....I hope Lake's alright...Hehe. I AM pretty strong.
Jeff and I waited in the cold snow for a while as snowfakes softly fell down from the clouds. "....You okay, Mill?" he asked. I huffed out a cloud of cold air. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine," I shivered. The white snowflakes fell onto Jeff's jet black hair as if decorated with small polka-dots. He offered his hoodie to me a couple times with 'no' as an answer.
When it seemed a friggin' eternity passed, I saw Clockwork catching up to us. "Ay!" she yelled, and stopped at our feet while gasping for air. "Nice to see you again, Cheryl," she smiled. I groaned. I forgot Clockwork calls me Cheryl for some fucking reason. "Jeff," she nodded at him. He nodded back and put his pale hand on my shoulder. "C'mon, let's go," he said. "Wait, what about my other sister? I wanna see her," I objected. Jeff snickered. "Aha, believe me. She's here somewhere," he mused.
Also, where the hell is Angel? Is she alright as well?
I was thinking to the oblivious while walking side by side with Jeff and Clockwork. I don't get it. The law clearly states that any prisoner in a different kingdom that escapes the King/Queen's sight shall be slayed. But yet, here I am. Alive and FUCKING COLD. Where's my heat to keep me warm? UGH.
As I walked further down the Water Kingdom's snowy grounds, I didn't know somebody watching me.
Somebody, or something.
