"Wait, (f/n) be careful!"
"Don't worry Tino, I'll be fine!"
A sigh "still, you're sick!"
The female stop on her tracks and her smile turned into a frown. Turning to the Finnish man, she look at him in the eyes "Tino, even though I have cancer and if my life is only days or weeks or months left, I want to be happy, let me have my fun!"
Frowning, he replied "it's just... I'm scared.. I'm afraid that I will lose you!" Taking steps towards her loving boyfriend, she smiled and cup his cheek with one hand "Tino.. I'll be fine!" She assured him, well, tried to. Tino held the hand that cup his cheek and narrow his eyes away from her.
"I'll stay by your side.. forever.."
"Promise?"
"Of course! minä rakastan sinua, Tino"
"minäkin rakastan sinua, kultaseni"
Both exchange glances and smiled. "You're so sweet and caring.. I'm really lucky to have you" (f/n) said. Chuckling, Tino scratch the back of his head nervously "ahaha... I should have been the one to say it" she grin from ear to ear, giving a closed eyes smile.

Three days later, (f/n)'s condition got worse and she has to be in the hospital. "Her condition has gotten far worse than we expected." Explained the doctor, making Tino frown even more.
"Will she be okay?"
"I'm not sure, but I'll do my best" Dr. Skylark said. Nodding in sign that he understand, Tino look down. Dr. Skylark smiled and pat his shoulder, "now don't you worry, she'll be fine" he assured, making Tino smile. "Y-yeah, you're right"
Walking inside the room she is staying TIno sat beside her bed. "Hey Tino.." she whispered weakly. "Hey.." he replied, smiling sadly. "Don't cry now Tino, I know that look" she said, smiling her signature smile at him. It is really painful for him to see her laying on the bed, unable to have fun
"The doctor said you'll be fine" he said suddenly after a few moments of silence. Humming in response she look at him in the eye "of course! I can get through this!" SHe said, she is sure that she will be healthy again and Tino would not need to be worried.
To be honest, Tino has been protective over her ever since he knew she has cancer. The moment he knew that, his heart shattered, knowing he would not be able to stay with her all his life.
"rakkaani..." he whispered softly.
"Yes Tino?"
"You'll stay by my side forever, right?"
"Of course.. I'll be better soon enough!"
He smiled, she always knew how to assure him, how to make him smile brighter, how to make all his fear leave, she knows him the best. SHe knew him better than Berwald even.

The next day, the doctor allowed (f/n) to go outside to the hospital's garden. For a hospital, the garden is big and beautiful. Tino held her waist gently, fearing she would fall or anything. She chuckled softly, 'so protective~' was the thought running in her mind.
As soon as the couple reach the garden Tino let her go and kneel right in front of her. He took several breathes before pulling out something from his pocket. It is a small velvet box.
"(F/n) (l/n) I know it may be too early or too late, but I love you so much, and you know it. You understand me. You know how to make my day brighter. You help me through all my problems, you are the sunshine of my life and I will never let you go, no matter what. I wish to protect you, love you and cherish you forever. So... Menetkö naimisiin kanssani?"
Gasping in surprise, she covered her mouth with both hands as tears starts to gather in her eyes. "Oh Tino.. you know my answer.." she started, smiling in awe, " kyllä" she said while nodding her head.
People began clapping and cheering for both of them "congratulations!" A young woman shouted, "be happy you two!" A young male shouted as well. THis made the couple blush in embarrassment.
After slipping the ring on her finger, Tino held her hand and began walking to her room again. Upon arriving, Tino open the door and let her get inside the room first, then he got in the room.

The weeding is celebrated and blessed by the priest in the hospital's chapel. It was the happiest day of their life. after that, doctorsc nurses, patients and visitors congratulate them.
An obnoxious laugh echoed through the room, That obnoxious Dane. Tino's friends comes up to him and his bride. "Nice Tino! You're really lucky!" Mathias said. "C'ngrat'lati'ns" mumbled Berwald, The Swedish Giant. "Congrats, Finn and (f/n)" Emil and Lukas said in unison.
THe couple chuckled "thanks you guys" said the female, giving her best smile. "Thank you" Tino said, grateful that Berwald didn't glare down at her intimidatingly for taking his 'wife' away.
"G'ess I can't call y'' m'wife again"
"Hahaha... y-yeah"
Cue an awkward silence, "don't be sad BErwald, you have a girlfriend too right? Get married, call her your wife!" Mathias said, laughing like always. It is true that Berwald has a girlfriend, her name is (random name).
Grunting, the Swedish giant pried his stare away from the Finnish male and walk away, soon followed bt the rest of the 'nordics'. SIghing in happiness, Tino hugged her "minä rakastan sinua, (f/n)" he whispered
"I love you too Tino... and I'll love you for a thousand years.."
