When your dusted, molding and rotting,
You hide behind curtains
You're unnoticed.
But you appear, you scream, you're louder than ever
Like silence couldn't hold you down
It can't.
Your so vibrant, feel all sorts of strings around you. You surround silence inside you.
But have I ever told you,
Stars look brighter
More as the sky gets darker.
Maybe that's why silence isn't our best way to search peace.
Only when it's quiet,
All I can hear is your vocal chords stringing apart echoing for just the right amount of warmth.
And that comes flowing from me,
Dancing through mid air, catching your cold skin and your flesh burning.
And now tell me, or yell inside my heart
If it's right for us drift apart into nothingness,
Why do you get louder each moment you desire silence?
If it's right for me cut my whole self to cold ashes,
Why do you sit idly and keep freezing?
If its right to be nothing more than dust,
Why do you forget your breath will inhale my dust, and never let you know you also needed it.
And since it so wrong to exist in each other's bones
Why does drifting only causes us to atone?
