I walk down the street and every face,
I see is yours,
My pace gets quicker as the rain pours,
I run
Running, running
STOP.
I'm here,
The core of my fear,
Slides, Swings, Sea-saw.
Love, Laughter,Life.
It's a forbidden toy in a glass container,
I see it but can never feel it.
My ususal seat, under some branch of a distorted tree,
The branches reaching for its hope,
Its life force strangled by a green rope,
If I look close enough I can see its Desperation, its Pain.
So, I close my eyes.
But.
I see you,
My hope,
My life,
My rope.
You're a ghost that won't stop haunting me,
Your raven hair,
Your angelic features with a devilish charm,
A cat with plenty of cream.
You are my Nightmare.
You were My Dream.
