Dear future me,
Whether you read this in three days, three years or the thirty first century
Just remember that you made a promise to be a better human being.
You're not perfect but you're trying to change your perspective,
Gain a new directive from God,
So don't fall short of your objective.

Dear future me,
Remember you came from poverty, so the wealth that you have -
Share, don't be greedy,
Don't become the stereotype suit that would pull the trigger on his own brother for a dollar.
°°°
Dear future me,
You went through misery to get where you are today,
Never ever forget to thank God and pray!
°°°
Dear future me,
Until we meet again,
This may the last poem that I pen.
