boarding school (PHANFICTION)

Dan's POV
we where watching Super Man on the sofa.Phil was lying on my chest breathing was heavy and relaxed.I breathed in his sent,Raspberry body wash and Men's Dove Shampoo.I fell asleep soon (it's hard to stay awake when your that comfortable) I was woken up by a small warm hand on my shoulder.
"dan!" "DAN!" it was phil he was standing beside me now and there was a weird squeak/rattle noise "Dan what is that noise!" he looked a bit scared but he was so cute. "oh...um" I got up and looked around...it seemed to come from the door when I noticed the handle shaking.I slowly walked over ready to jump and run the other way at any time.Phil was close behind me (I think I like back to the phil better then back to the wall now) I quickly opened the door flinching when I finally got it fully open,and then I saw a horrible sight...

            Joe and Diane where making out hard completely drunk as hell.
"oh haha" I said awkwardly turning back to phil after shutting the door on them. Phil smiled tiredly and sat down on my bed staring at the ground.
"Phil..."
"y-yes dan?" he stuttered.
"are you to tired to talk right now?"
"no what's wrong?" he said looking concerned.
"well it's just...are we together now?"
"do you want us to be?"
"o-only if you want us to be"
"then I guess we are" He smiled calmly.
I sat down next to him on the bed and put my hand on his thigh.
"publicly?" I said
"what?"
"are we going to tell anyone?"
Phil just smiled in deep thought.
"I don't know about you but don't think anyone needs to know" I said extremely nervous and I think he could tell.
"ok me to" he said slowly still smiling ear to ear.He quickly got up and kissed me on the cheek right on my dimple.
"goodnight" he said climbing up on to his bed "already?" I said laughing and smiling cheekily at him.He laughed and put his hand on my cheek staring in to my eyes for a moment.I kissed his head as he snuggled in to bed.

I heard madam Kasiquisk out side the door "BOYS! TIME TO GET UP NOW!"
uhhhggg I hated that old hag. I hated every thing about this school...expected maybe...Phil.
"BOYS!"
"OK OK WE'RE UP!" I yelled back.
Joe wasn't in the dorm he must have past out some where else last night.
I stood up on my bed to see phil.
he looked so peaceful and perfect.
I slowly tucked some of his fringe behind his ear and he opened his beautiful blue eyes.
"morning" I smiled
"good morning Hun" I couldn't stop smiling! we got up and got dressed the went down to the cafeteria for breakfast.
When we arrived of course I got swarmed.
Phils POV
uhhhgg why is dan always getting swarmed by all these popular kids...who am I kidding I'll never be good  enuf to hang out with dan in public places.
I walked away to get my lunch,save dan the trouble of coming with me.
I got in line when I noticed dan looking at me helplessly I couldn't really be mad at him could I but I... my thoughts where cut of by the lunch lady.
"excuse me? are you ready for your food or what" she said in a very annoyed voice. "oh uh yeah sure" I held out my plate and she plopped some hash-browns,toast and sausage.
no tables where open except one.
I slowly walked over to it and put my food down on it when I felt a hard warm hand on my shoulder,it pulled me around aggressively,And there stood the leader of the pack Conner.
Conner was a basket ball player,he was tall,blonde and handsome but most of all a total jerk,he was like the Alfa of all the popular kids. "what do you want"
"well philly boy it's not what I want it's what you want and that seems to be trouble by the looks of you trying to sit at our table" kids started to gather and watch then Archie started to yell "fight! fight! fight!" and the crowd joined in.
I looked at Conner full of desperation but I didn't let him see it. He threw me down on the ground then stomped on my hand with his big heavy uniform boots. "had enuf yet philly" his words made me feel sick. All of the cafeteria was watching now chanting "COME ON CONNER GIVE IT TO HIM!"
"GET HIM CONNER!"
He looked around at his 'fans' happily.
"want me to give him more!?"
"yeah Conner!" "yeah come on Conner!!" he looked back down at me and kicked me in the ribs twice.
"IN THE FACE CONNER!!!"
YEAH IN THE FACE" they all started to chant "In the face! in the face! in the face!!" and be picked me up by the collar of my shirt and hit me in the nose and dropped me on the ground as he fell. Dan had tackled him from behind and was now fighting him as I lay watching helplessly. Dan was strong, he could fight Conner fairly at equal level of strength.
A mistress finally broke them up it was to hard to watch although dan did win he suffered a black eye and a a lot of what would tomorrow turn to bruises.
Conner on the other hand had a broken arm and a lot of cuts and bruises.
They rushed me down to the hospital wing on a stretcher, Dan ran behind me and my nurses.Conner was in front of us with a nurse guiding him. Once we got there and got settled they told me I had fractured one of my ribs and had to stay in the hospital for a week.Dan was lucky and had nothing wrong with him but a black eye and could go back to the comfort of the dorm.Conner just had a broken arm and would be back to his dorm tomorrow.

I didn't sleep that night Conner told me before he fell asleep "I'll get you phil just wait" his words spun around in my head.I wasn't exactly scared of him I knew if he tried to do anything he would be sent home and Dan would probably save me again but I think it was just my minds way of coping with it all,if I was scared then it would be easier to avoid him because I would always be on the look out for him and always expecting him be around the next corner waiting for me but the only problem was I wasn't scared of him at all. He started snoring really loud and I tried to block it out with my thoughts but just couldn't.

the next night

the day was sooo boring! I didn't sleep again even though Conner was gone my thoughts still stopped me from it.
I heard foot steps and a quiet chatter coming in to the room it was mrs.Wimpsly ,the head of the school Mr.Hamptons and the lunch lady mrs.qizzelty, They were talking about us. "so did you actually see who started the fight?" mrs.Wimpsly asked mrs.quizzelty. "no all I saw was Howell jumping on to Saunders"
"ok hear is what I think happened" mr.Hamptons commented.
"Howell Attacked Saunders and they started to fight Lester got in the way and got hurt" "that dose seem reasonable we have had troubles with howell in the past" Mrs.Wimpsly responded "so what are we going to do" she questioned "well there is only one thing to do..." Mr.hamptons paused
"send him home"
