Personality: Is usually soft-spoken and likes a bit of company, although she gets overly aggressive when she feels very hungry. If she likes someone, she becomes heavily obsessed over them, fantasizing about them and even feeling confident to reveal her 2nd form (think of Vivian from ZZZ.)
Backstory: Her childhood is shrouded in entire mystery, as all she remembers is that she was experimented by a Union Academy variant, who was studying the Jean Jacket specimen that inhabited the USA for a long time. One of these experiments was Hsiang a DNA strand of the alien to create a Demi-human, resulting in Jeanne.
She began to hate her life there, seen as nothing more than a lab rat. She snapped eventually, and her rampage was so grotesque she will never want to talk about it. She was now all on her own, spending time finding herself in other universes and trying to learn about her other half.
Abilities:
Size manipulation (not in a traditional way. Her insides are actually massive compared to her actual body. No one, not even her, knows how is that possible)
Electricity Manipulation (In UFO form only. Electricity stops working when she's nearby)
Can hide inside clouds and move them
Absorption (Hates eating intelligent beings. Only eats animals)
