"Well then don't." I said back sassily taking a few grapes in my hand, dropping them into my mouth.

"What am I supposed to tell the agency when I show up empty handed, hm?"

"I don't know, but what I do know is that I don't want to die."

"I don't want you to die either. Trust me. I don't think it's right at all what they asked me to do." He paused a moment. "I have an idea."

"Well do go on with this splendid idea of yours." I was on a sassy kick at the moment amusing him to chuckle lightly before turning serious again and continuing.

"Well, what if I just tell the agency that I couldn't find you and that you weren't worth the time of day?"

"Well gee that doesn't hurt my feelings any. Anything to not get killed I'm all for." I laughed at the first part then turned very serious.

Death was a serious matter.

"I'll leave come Monday so they think I gave the place a good look."

I nodded and smiled slightly. He returned a sympathetic smile and stood from the stool.

"I'm going to hit the hay. Goodnight."

"Goodnight." I smiled and waved slightly as he ascended up the stairs.

I wasn't to far behind him after putting the grapes away and bringing a glass of water upstairs.

His door was closed, so I walked into my room shutting the door behind me. I walked over to my bed taking a seat on the edge placing my glass on the bedside table. I crawled under the covers fluffing my pillow before laying my head down on the soft surface. I sighed contently and closed my eyes.

I woke up the next morning to hear a lot of noise coming from the kitchen. I groaned rubbing my eyes looking over at the clock.

9:00.

I guess it's not that early.

I sighed and tossed the covers off me tossing my legs off the side stretching. I stood and walked over to my closet grabbing a robe, pulling it around me and opening my door.

I quickly looked around to see Niall poking his head sleepily out of his door. He looked at me and got wide eyed.

"Who's downstairs?" He whispered.

"I don't know, Isabelle doesn't come until 10." I whispered back, stepping out of my room and walking over to the stairs to look down.

I didn't see anyone and slowly made my way down. I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked back to see Niall looking at me worriedly.

"Maybe I should go first."

I rolled my eyes.

Men.

They think we can't handle ourselves. I mean I'm a freaking spy okay, I think I can handle myself.

I nodded so I didn't crush his precious man ego. I stepped to the side of the stairs half way down and he slid around me. I followed closely behind him peeking around the corner. I saw a shadow moving around in the kitchen. Niall walked over to the kitchen door peeking in from around the corner with me right behind him. I quickly pulled my head back at the sight.
