The Classroom On The Corner

First day

~Tegan's POV~

Today is the first day of detention for one week. When the bell rang for lunch, I packed up and headed straight to the library; the place we go for detention. As I walk in I already notice two boys and one girl sitting down. I can tell by their face expressions that they aren't very happy at all and they must be here for detention as well. That's when I notice that same chic who was sitting outside the principal's office AKA the diva. She's sitting down on the other side of the room by herself on her pink IPhone. I could tell by the way she is looking at me that she'll rather be kept alone. Suits me. I pick a seat away from her and those two boys and take out my iPod Nano and blast some rock tunes.

The teacher comes in and supervises a bit until everyone for detention has come. Not much people in my opinion, only one person came, a guy I used to know in my primary school. Ben Morgan. Definitely the smartest kid in the year so I'm confused why he would be here, he's usually a goodie goodie. Highschool changes people.

Anyway, another girl came in, but she only came to borrow some books because, well it's the library. She looks familiar but that's because she lives on my street; only 6 houses down. Her name is Calisa or something and she's super quiet.

The supervising teacher, Miss Spencer had received a call which, while she was talking, splashed an alarmed look on her face. She hung up and told us she'll be back and will lock the door so we don't 'sneak out'.

When she exits the library, everything becomes silent, so I just listen to more music. That diva girl- I think the name's Ellie or something- kept giving me glares. No not very good ones at all, but I really don't give a fu-
My thoughts were interrupted from the class bell. Wow lunch either finished early or time flew fast. Really fast. But that's when I notice that the bell wouldn't stop ringing. We all give each other a confused yet weirded out stare. Alex, one of the boys from detention, informed us that it was a lockdown.

And we're all alone.
