~Calisa's POV~
So I was just borrowing a new book from the library until I spotted Ben Morgan sitting down for detention. I guess you could say I was at the right place at the right time.
I already knew what book I was going to borrow but decided to stall because, well, I'm sure you get the hint; Ben Morgan is somehow satisfying to look at.
So anyways, the bell rang for a lock down which is great because I love lockdowns. It was a drill of course but I didn't notice everyone hide in the library kitchen as I was still 'choosing' my book. I was nervous at first but I eventually had the guts to just go knock on the door and see if they would let me in which they all seemed happy to. Ellie, on the other hand, kept giving me filfy looks for some odd reason which I just assumed she's just a stuck up girly girl who doesn't want anyone invading her 'space'.So it's been a while now- around 30 minutes- which is super odd since our school's drills are very quick; bell rings, you lock everything, stay silent and your good to go.
I noticed Ben sitting by himself in the corner finishing off some work with his book light so, as an excuse to get closer to him, I slowly slid next to him and grabbed out my art book.
"Hey, mind if I use that light as well?" I smiled and whispered at the same time.
"Sure!" He smiled back and placed the light in between the middle of us.
It was all good and cosy until the carpet outside started to creek.
Very,
Very,
Slowly.We all sat in silence.
