You know one of the happiest moment ever is when you walk to school. Actually not to school. School is beside the point here. Let's just say 'when you're walking somewhere'. Anyway this happy moment when you are walking somewhere and you find money lying on the ground. This little green piece of paper just lying there. Looking at you. Begging you to pick it up.

Yeah, that happened to me. I found a hole dollar on the ground. I'm a dollar richer now. It's not a lot. But the fact that you found money is like big deal. At least for me. It could light up my day. Or maybe I'm the only weird one.

My mood was pretty much ruined when I stepped inside the school.

I walked in the hallways and bumped into someone. Please be a cute guy. Please be a cute guy. I really kind of hoped it's a cute guy who would apologize and maybe say a nice compliment to me. Ask me how am I on such a beautiful day. Talk to me a little, laugh with me, ask me to hung out. We would figure out that we really like each other. Start dating, fell in love... See what finding a simple dollar could do to a girl? I looked up hopefully. But none of it happened. Instead I got this.

He was already looking at me. "Ugh. You." I said discussed.

"Yeah I'm not happy to see you ether." He said, being annoyed. But then started chuckling and smirked. I didn't get it. Why was he chuckling? I looked at him confused, waiting for him to explain. "Deja vu." He said. When I still looked confused until he continued. "August 23, last year." He said triggering my memory.

<< Flashback, August 23, Last year >>

I looked out of the living room window, seeing how new neighbors were moving in. I turned away because it only reminded me how my dad left me and my mom. I still couldn't believe he would do something like that. How he could hurt mom so much. How he could hurt me so much. I'm not sure if I could ever forgive him. And if I could, it would take time.

Walking in the kitchen I saw mom cooking. Probably baking a cake for neighbors as a house warming gift. She isn't the same. She tries to act strong for me, distracting herself. Always trying to be busy so she doesn't have time for crying, or being sad. I heard her cry once when I woke up in the middle of the night. I wanted to go and hug her, but I knew if she'd see me, she would wipe the tiers away and hold all of it inside of her until I left. So I let her cry. Me and my mom are both great at hiding our feelings. I probably got it from her.

"Hey, could you take out the trash for me? I'm a little busy." She asked, smiling a small at me.

"Of course." I smiled back at her.

I just through the trash bag into the trashcan, when I saw something shining on the sidewalk near the neighbors house. I was hoping it was a coin so I went to pick it up. I was almost there, only few steps away, when I bumped into someone. I looked up with the idea to apologize, but then I saw who it was.

He was already looking at me. "Ugh. You." I said discussed.

"Yeah I'm not happy to see you ether." He said, being annoyed. What is he doing here? Why would he be here?

"What are you doing here?" I asked, looking at the ground to see the shine thing for a moment. It really is a coin.

"I'm moving in," he pointed at the neighbors house, "here." He said. Oh no, no, no. Please no. He can't move in here. He can't be my neighbor. No, no, no. This is not happening. He continued. "What are you doing here?"

"I live," I pointed at my house, like he had done to his, "here."

"Aw. Will you look at that? I guess well be seeing each other lot more, Little Druggie." He smirked.
