I don't know what to do. I think I have to make the deal. He knows things about me, things I did over the last summer. I can't let my mom find out what I did. She would be so disappointed in me. She would think she failed me- wait do I sound like a drama queen, who just had her first break up and now she is trying to kill herself because in her own messed up little mind she thinks the world is against her. Ugh! That little blackmailing son of a bitch. If he would open his mouth I could even go to jail.
And I really don't want to be his girlfriend, not even a fake one. Two months is a long time. It's like eight weeks, fifty-six days, one thousand three hundred and forty-four hours, eighty thousand, six hundred and forty minutes, four million, eight hundred and thirty-eight thousand, four hundred seconds. Holy bitch that's a long time. I'm just gonna put my calculator away before I freak myself out some more.
I threw one last glance in the mirror to see if my clothing was alright, grabbed my bag and went to drink my morning coffee. My mom had already left for work. She works a lot and I'm usually home alone but I'm used to it. I'm not mad at her or anything because she has to work. I'm not one of those children who doesn't understand that parents have to work. After all, money doesn't grow on trees.
My phone started ringing. I looked at the screen.
Sarah
"Hey, Sarah! What's up?" I greeted her happily, leaving behind all the thoughts.
"Hey! I'm picking you up. Come outside, I'm almost there," she said.
"Okay." I hung up.
Sarah and I live pretty close to school actually, I live a little closer. It's not too far to walk, but Sarah just got a car of her own and she really wants to drive it and show off a little. Dylan also live close to school, which makes sense because he's my neighbor, he usually takes his car or motorcycle. And he does that just to show off.
I stepped outside and saw Sarah's car just stopped. I hopped right in.
"Nice car," I said, giving her thumbs up.
"I know!" She cheered. "I love my parents for getting me this. There finally is a reason to love them" She joked. I laughed a little. I don't know if I should tell her right now that Dylan came to see me. It's better to tell her after school, that way she can't ask questions all day long. Questions I really rather not answer.
"Hello? Are you listening?" Sarah asked pulling me away from my thoughts.
"Hmm? Sorry, I just zoned out. What did you say?" I have to focus.
"It doesn't matter. What were you thinking about?" She asked, looking at me for a few seconds.
"Nothing. I just didn't have much of sleep last night," I said.
"Dylan had a girl over?" She assumed.
"Yep."
"I don't get it, why don't you just close your window?" You are such a genius! Why haven't I tried that before? Because I sleep with open window every freaking night, even if it's cold outside and I might freeze to death! You see the sarcasm, right?
"I do! But I can still hear them. Damn those sluts can scream."
She laughed. "How can his parents handle it?"
"I think they might just found a way," I mumbled.
"What?" She didn't hear, what I said.
"I said I don't know," I lied.

I hate math. You know how sits right behind me in math? Yeah, Dylan. I just hope he's not going to ask me the answer yet. I think- I hope that he's smarter than that, but well you never know. At least right now there hasn't been any talking or any other way of communicating, like through broomsticks or pigeon post or smoke signals. Since he doesn't have my number I don't know what kind of crazy things that tolerance retarded hobbit brain of his can come up with.
Completely lost in my thoughts I felt double poking on the back of my shoulder. Like someone was twirling pen between his fingers against my back. And the worst part isn't the fact that it's really annoying, it's the fact that I know exactly who it is. It's the Hobbit Brain. I just had to jinx it, didn't I?
"What?" I turned around to face him.
"So.. you know the answer to the secret question I asked you?" He lowered his head a little and whispered.
I raised eyebrows. "I didn't know it was a secret. You never told me that," I made it sound like already had told a lot of people about yesterday.
His eyes widened. "What?" He blinked few times. "Did you tell someone? Please tell me you didn't tell anyone."
I laughed quietly. "No, don't worry. I'm not stupid."
"Not even your friend Susan or whatever her name is?" He was little suspicious.
"It's Sarah and no I didn't tell her." Poor Sarah, she would be crushed if she'd know Dylan Dipshit O'Brien doesn't know her name. I still don't see what's so great about him. "I'm gonna tell her tho."
"No, you can't! She could tell someone." He insisted.
"I have to. It would be so weird if I start dating you after telling her every single fucking day how damn much I hate you."
"Okay, why do you hate me so much? What did I do?" He asked.
"Are you kidding? You have been a jerk to me ever since we met," I whisper-yelled.
"I had my reasons." He looked away like he didn't really want to talk about it. So he changed the subject. "And what exactly are you going to tell her? You don't want anyone to know about last year summer."
I shook my head. "I don't know yet. I'll come up with something." I really hate lying to her, but I just can't come clean about the summer. Not yet.
"Does this means yes. You'll do it?" He seemed little surprised and little happy. Well, it was more like thank-god-I-don't-have-to-find-same-other-idiot-or-whore-to-make-the-deal-with kind of happy.
"It's a maybe. Come to my house after school, we can talk how all of this is going to work out," I said, looking towards the teacher for a moment to see if he had noticed us talking. He hadn't. Seriously? The other day we talked like few seconds and he noticed and now we have talked like for minutes and he just doesn't see it? Okay then.
He nodded. "Okay, that seems reasonable. I'll come by after school. Is your mom home? Do you want me to come by your window?"
"The door is fine, my mom is working so she's not home," I said. Hey, we are talking like normal humans. We haven't insulted each other or call names, never thought this day would come.
"Well, your life is about to get so much better 'cause I'm gonna be a lot more in it." And I jinxed it.
