Episode 13

The next day, Conner awaits a beating from his dad, but when he comes home and has movies and Chinese take-out for him and his dad, Conner comes out and says he's gay, he becomes scared and runs to his room while his dad is getting a belt. He locked himself in his room and called Evan, asking if he can come over and begins packing his clothes. His father tried to open the door and began beating down the door and when he finally got in, Conner jumped out of the window and was gone. Evan and Conner are walking on train tracks. Conner starts to talk about his plans of running away to Las Vegas. Conner asks about Evan's parents and if they've ever beaten him. Evan says no and asks if his have. Conner doesn't answer and a train begins to come.

Evan gets off the tracks but, Conner is still on them, watching the train come toward him. Evan tells him to get off and when the train is just about to hit him, Evan pushes Conner off the tracks. Evan asks him what his problem is and Conner runs off. Evan realizes that Connor's father does abuse Connor,

The next day, Conner goes back to his house with Mrs. Morrison and decides to retrieve his clothes so he can live with Mrs. Morrison instead of his abusive father. When Conner is confronted by his father, begs him to reconsider leaving to no avail, as he leaves to move in with Mrs. Morrison's.

Elsewhere, Brittany reluctantly meets Grayson for their date and they go see a movie. She looks over and sees Jake and Naomi in the movie theater watching them on their date. Brittany and Grayson get something to eat after the movie and start to talk and have a good time when Naomi and Jake come up to them and give her her money. Grayson realizes she was paid to go on the date with him and is upset and Brittany takes her money and leaves him there. At school the next day, Brittany apologizes to Grayson and tells him that he's not her type. He says he'll forgive her if she kisses him, so Brittany kisses him on the cheek and Grayson is ecstatic.
