Chapter 14 What happened?

Aph's POV

I woke up in Zoey's bed.

"What happened?" Zoey asked.

I explained the whole story.

"I see so he is jealous"

I nodded. Zane came to me and gripped my right hand. Zoey left so we can have alone time.

"Are you okay, Aph?" He asked.

"Yes" I replied smiling.

"Aph, why did you take the blow for me?"

"I don't want you to get hurt..."

He kept rambling, so I decided to shut him up but not in a bad way. I leaned in when he kept rambling and......

I kissed him.

"Now I can shut you up!" I joked.

"Hey!" Zane chuckled.

We started chatting. Zane my best friend is now my crush?!

HOW CAN I HAVE A CRUSH ON MY BFF!

Now that I think of it, it might not be my best friend forever.

"Aph?" Zane asked.

"Yes?" I replied smiling.

"W-Will you go on a d-d-d-" He stuttered.

"Spit it out already!" I giggled.

"Willyougoonadatewithme"

"Say that again a bit slower"

"Will..........you...........go"

"Zane now normal speed please"

"Will you go out with me?"

He blushed.

"I-I"

"It's okay if you say no..."

"Why would I say no! I would love to go on a date with you!"

I hugged him.

"You know Aph, I wouldn't be nice if you weren't in my life. I would still be a brat" Zane looked at me.

"I'm glad I made some one change for the good" I smiled.

Zoey came in.

"Okay Aph you should be okay in a few hours, Garroth's knife didn't do much damage to the rest of you organs"

Zane and I beamed.

Now to my daily routines! Zane offered to come with me so I gladly accepted it. We began walking around checking everyone.
(Ya I didn't really describe what they do in the morning because you guys know what Aph does every single day)

Garroth came out of no where, AGAIN! WHY DO PEOPLE COME OUT OF THE BLUE?!

"Garroth what do you want?" I sternly asked.

"I came to apologize" He replied.

"Okay but apologize to Zane too!"

"Fine"

He turned to Zane and apologized. I hugged Garroth. Zane smiled.

"Zane, I got to talk to Kiki, bye!" I kissed him on the cheek.

Zane's POV

"Hey bud!"

I gulpled.

"H-Hey"

Just then I heard a buzz. I went into my pocket to see Garroth and I's dad.

"Be right back"

I answered the call.

"Zane, you need to stop with this lovey dovey, stuff!"

"But dad!"

"No buts and if I see you with that puny girl again you will never see her again"

"I-I.... okay"

"Good now ignore her for the rest of vacation remember my guards are watching"

He hung up, I sighed. Great, just great.

I heard Aph call me, I ran away. To m- our hut.

Aph came in after me. I pretended she wasn't there anymore...

I can see her crying. All I can do is ignore her for now....

Aph's POV

What is wrong with Zane?! He has been ignoring me! I guess our date tonight is canceled. I sighed. Garroth sat next to me at the beach. He gently wrapped his arms around me. I kissed him. We let go and went to our hut.

When we walked in, Zane sat on his bed not looking at either of us. I went to bed.

Zane what's wrong with you?

(There, now I'm done for today. My gawsh it's passed my bedtime. Anyways cya guys tomorrow!
