After I said goodbye to the village—which had been nice to me during my stay (aside from a few glares aimed at the shiny-headed chief)—I continued walking through the forest.

I mean, yeah, I told the old man I'd leave—but where the hell am I even supposed to go?

I didn't understand a damn thing he said, and to be honest? I'm not even sure I want to understand. Why does all this crap have to be so mysterious?

I whistled while looking around. The forest hummed with ease, radiating peace. Suddenly, something strong hit my senses, making me stumble. For a moment, the world spun, and my eyes locked onto a specific direction.

What the hell was that?

It felt like something attacked all my senses, reached deep into my soul. I felt like something was calling to me—something telling me I had to go back.

Do I want to go? I mean, yeah, it was weird—and definitely scary—but I'm curious as hell, so screw it.

I started walking toward the area, and my Haki felt weirder and weirder. But not the usual weird—I mean the kind of weird that calls you back. A place that felt nostalgic for some reason I couldn't explain, giving me chills all over my body.

Eventually, the sensation led me to a giant tunnel. I looked around, eyes wide, mesmerized by what I saw. The cave was covered in silver crystals. Stalactites dripped slowly, in a steady rhythm. The sound of the drops was the only noise echoing through the cave.

I looked around, enchanted. The Haki here felt so special. It felt like... like I had been here before...

In front of me was a massive lake. I walked over and stared into it. It was crystal clear, so clean I could see my reflection—and a shadow underneath it.

Wait a second. A shadow under it?

Suddenly, the lake stirred violently. A tail lashed out from the water, striking the rocks and shaking the area. I stepped back in surprise. What the hell?!

My Haki registered the movement, but my eyes didn't believe what was in front of me.

The creature in the lake emerged and gave me a dark stare.

Oda, you fucking bastard. Why would you put the Loch Ness monster here?!

No, I'm not joking. The long neck, the oversized body, rough scales covering it, teeth way too sharp for my liking, and huge black eyes staring into my damned soul—there it was, in all its glory: the freakin' Loch Ness monster.

Oda, go fuck yourself.

I stepped back, narrowing my eyes. I didn't want to kill it. I mean, come on—it's the goddamn Loch Ness monster!

But if it attacks—I will defend myself.

My hand rested on Hades, which hummed eagerly, and my eyes stayed locked on the creature.

For some reason, it didn't seem aggressive. It just tilted its head, as if examining something unknown. My eyes narrowed, feeling my Devil Fruit power pulsing under my skin, waiting for the signal to activate—ignoring the frost weaving under my skin, begging me to use it.

Something seemed to click in the creature's recognition, because suddenly, it bowed its head toward me. My eyes widened as its voice echoed through the cave:

"Welcome back."

What the hell?!!!

Well, still... I'm in a different world. And the series isn't over. I have to remember that the woWhat the hell is this terrifying crap supposed to mean?!
