Chapter 6

Marias POV
Mikey left after he made sure I was okay with Luke. He wouldn't tell me why he left but he did. Luke has been careful around me and its getting annoying.
"Stop" I said once he put his hand on my back rubbing it assuringly.
"What?" He asked giving me a concerned look.
"Stop being careful around me, stop acting like im fragile, and stop avoiding conversations. I know you, I know you want to ask questions." I said standing up and giving him my level 5 death glare.
"Has it happened before?" Luke asked wrapping his arms around my waist. I instantly melted into his arms like I was meant to be there- fuck why have I been thinking like this lately.
"Yes." I said simply. His jaw clenched, the rage I hate to see filling his eyes once again. I put my hand on the side of his face and he instantly softened. "It's okay Lukey." I said soft and calm.
"It's not okay. I don't want anyone to ever hurt you again. They will have to deal with me." He said seriously, staring deep in my eyes. I chuckled at this boy.
"Oh lukey is a badass." I said. He rolled his eyes at me and then pulled me closer to hug me.
"I want to go to Hot Topic!" I said in our hug.
"I swear you like that store more then me." He said grabbing his keys.
"Thats cause I do." I said. I looked back to him, he stopped walking and looked so sad. "Awh is Daddy upset, does he want me to make him happy?" I said walking up to him and wrapping my arms around his neck. I gave him a wink. He eyes traveled down to my lips and only then did I realize how close we were. I ackwardly walked out to the car and got in. He came in a few minutes after. I turned on the radio once he started the car and Hollywood Undead Pigskin was on. I automatically started rapping.
"I'm so icy, like ice cream
All you ladies take a scoop and try to bite me
Girl I'll wear you out like some Nikes
Haters steppin up either beat feet or try me
Nibble on your ear like my name is Mike Tysie
Get you in the ring world champ all fiesty
Girl hurry up I'm a shot clock runnin out of time
Ain't no three pump chump shootin 3's on this baseline" Luke watched me. And then started laughing uncontrollably.
"This is my jam bitch." I said turning it up. He just continued driving as I sung along.
"You have a beautiful voice." Luke said giggling.
"Shut up not everyone has a voice like yours." I said and he blushed. Did he just really fucking blush. He tried to sing along but he failed miserably, which only ended in us laughing too hard.

"Lukeyyyy will you carry mee?" I asked pouting my lip.
"Hop on" Luke said turning his back to me. I jumped on.
"That's what he said." I giggled whispering in his ear. We just started laughing at my stupid joke.

Victoria POV
I was sitting in the food court with my friend, Brookie, when I saw Luke an Maria walk into the mall. I watched as Maria jumped on his back and they laughed. They looked really happy together, I was always jealous of her during our relationship cause they are so close.

I kept watching them, they stop outside of that ugly band store and Luke put her down. She grabbed his hand and they walked in. THAT IS NOT OKAY, HE IS MINE! Brookie poked me to bring my attention to her.
"I guess Luke and Maria finally got together." Brookie said. I gave her a death glare.
"Luke is mine. If she is going to take that from me I will make her pay."
"You cheated on him, remember?" Omg is this girl stupid.
"Just shut up and give me your drink."

I waited awhile until they were walking out of the store. They no longer holding hands. I walked towards them, fake stumbled and poured the drink on Maria.
"Oh I'm so sorry this is all my fault. Im so sorry." I said.
"It's cool." Maria being Maria forgave me. I gave Luke a wink but he just turned back to Maria. Who was taking off her wet shirt. Fuck Brookie why did you get water. She was wearing a pink push up bra and Luke face got red and he ackwardly turned away, he never did that seeing me in a bra. She threw on a All Time Low shirt. I scoffed and left. Not before kissing Lukes cheek.

Lukes POV
Why did I get all red seeing Maria in a bra. It's nothing unusual she walks around in a sports bra all the time. Maria started laughing after Victoria left.
"Nice!" I said giving her a high five.
"She is most definitely pissed at me now" Maria said laughing.
"Thanks babe." I said and kissed her cheek. Instantly regretting it I ran ahead of her like a 5 year old. I looked back an she wasnt running after me so I slowed down. I touched my hand to my lips. Why did it tingle when my lips hit her cheek. I have kissed my girlfriends cheeks before and it never felt that way and she is my best friend let alone.

When we were in the car Maria was singing way too loud to the radio. She looked around and then turned to me with a big smile.
"Okay I'm going to climb up out the sun roof, you just go really fast." She said opening the roof and climbing out. I sped up to about 60mph. We were on an empty road. I looked up and saw her, her beautiful hair blowing back in the wind, and that smile that lights up my world. Thats when I realized......
