This is an extremely simple procedure that includes the following tools/ingredients:
Two bowls
A spatula
A fork
Spoon (can be metal or wooden)
And for the in ingredients:
Self raising flour
Chocolate chips ( dark, milk or white, it doesn't matter)
Rolled oats (optional)
Sugar/castor sugar/raw sugar (it makes no difference what so ever)
1-2 bananas
Olive oil
One egg
Milk
And any other fruit or nut that you would like to add to the mix. (I recommend grated carrot, grated apple, dates and wall nuts)
I will give you the measurements of the ingredients throughout the explanation.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees!!!!!!!! Also, add patty pans to muffin holders!

To start of, separate the two bowls so there is one for the dry ingredients and one for the wet. We'll start by adding 1 1/2 cups of self raising flour to the dry bowl. You don't have to sift it but if you prefer sifting the flour it won't make a difference in the final results. Next add 1/2 a cup of sugar to the dry bowl and give the two a slight mix together. Finally add 1/2 a cup of chocolate chips to the mix and lightly stir the ingredients until they are combined. This is optional but I strongly recommend throwing in a handful of rolled oats as it gives the muffins a bit of chewy ness!

You can now put the dry ingredients bowl to one side as we begin on the wet ingredients.  Find one or two bananas (two are usually better and frozen bananas are better as well) then locate your bowl and mash the bananas together with a fork until the are not as lumpy. Add a 1/4 of olive oil to the bowl and 3/4 cup of milk. Whisk or stir them together until they seem to look combined then finally add your egg. (Tip! Crack you egg in a ramekin before putting the egg in the mix as you might not be able to locate bits of the egg shell in your mixture!)

Finally, pour the wet ingredients bowl into the dry ingredients bowl using a spatula to get every scrap left in the bowl. Now stir all the ingredients together but don't over mix. Make sure the mixture is slightly lumpy and has a bit of flour on the bottom of your bowl, if you do over mix your muffins will taste different and not very nice!

Scoop your mixture into the patty pans doing it quickly or your muffins will go weird. Finally carefully place your muffin mixture into the oven and set the timer to 25 minutes. If they look like they are burning, take them out immediately!  Let them cool for about 5 minutes unless you want to serve them with ice cream while the chocolates still melted! If you want to experiment with different fruits and nuts, add them to the wet bowl as your mixing, not the dry bowl!
