Steve- Steve had been calling you countless times since you had left, about two weeks ago. You ignored his calls, his texts, his everything. You were furious and heartbroken, and you wanted nothing to do with him. You were currently staying with at your brother's house while he was away on a business trip, and you had said you wanted to be alone. You were watching TV one afternoon when you heard a knock at the door. Thinking it was the pizza you had ordered, you stood and went to answer. You opened the door, and instead of the pizza delivery guy in front of you, it was Steve. "Eff off Rogers. I don't want to see you." You say harshly, going to shut the door, but he stuck his foot in the way. "[Y/N], listen to me, please. What I did was wrong, so wrong. I never should have compared you to Peggy, ever. I understand if you want me out of your life, but I just needed to apologize, and I'm sorry. It was the heat of the argument and I wasn't thinking and I-" you cut him off by pulling him in by the front of his shirt and kissing him, passionately. When you pulled apart, he looked down at you in surprise. "I forgive you, now c'mere." you whisper, pulling him in for another kiss.
Tony- It had been almost two months since you broke it off with Tony after he compared you to Pepper. While you did miss him a lot, you ignored his calls and texts. You didn't want to speak with him at all, half to prove a point to him, half to prove a point to yourself. One day, while you were at work, you heard the front door open. You looked up from the counter and saw none other than Tony Stark. Before you could duck down behind the counter, he was in front of you, his eyes red and puffy. He looked like he hadn't gotten much sleep, and it hit you: he was probably up late, working on his machines to take his mind off of things. It's what he always did. "[Y/N], can I talk to you?" he asked softly, and you bit your lip. "No, Tony. I'm working right now." you whisper back, but he gently reaches over and takes your hand. "It'll only be a minute. I swear. I just wanted to apologize, for what I did, two months ago. It was so wrong of me to even think of Pepper in the moment, but I was so angry, it was the last thing I had. And you know me. I'm a stubborn son of a bitch who always wants to win, but when you left, I realized that I lost. Please, [Y/N], I need you so much. I love you so much, and I don't want to let you go." Tony whispered. You looked around for a quick second before leaning over and kissing Tony softly. "That was like, three minutes, Stark." you mumble, and he takes your hands gently. "It was worth it, though." he smiles, and you laugh. "It sure was." You nod.
Thor- You rush into the fight, your anger at Thor clouding your judgement. How could he even think to compare you to Jane? Jane, the girl you had known since you were both in high school. Jane, one of your closest friends outside of school. Jane, one of the bravest women you had come to know, and all Thor knew was that she knew how to stay back when it was too scary. Bullshit. As you dodged bullets and fired your own, You could hear Thor, swinging his hammer and sending people flying all around. "[Y/N]! Please! I wish to apologize for what I said! It was wrong of me to compare you to Lady Jane, and I never should have said it. Please, you know I would never wish to hurt you, but I acted a fool and did so. Please, forgive me!" Thor yelled over the sounds of battle. You whipped around to face him and opened your mouth to reply, but a gunshot sounded, and you felt a fiery pain in your stomach. Your mouth formed an 'o' shape, and you fell to your knees. "NO!" Thor yelled, sending off lightning from his hammer. He rushed to your side and picked you up, holding you close. "Thor... I-I forgive you..." you whisper, your voice strangled. "No, [Y/N], please, no. Do not leave me..." he whispered, tears filling his blue eyes, but it was too late. You were gone, and there was nothing he could do.
