Chapter 11

Cammie's P.O.V

Wow was all I could say. Shannon kissed me..... She actually kissed me, and asked me to be her girlfriend. This is all sudden, I mean we both wanted to kiss each other and all but I broke up with Carly to be with Shannon.

Shannon was amazing, she takes care of me, makes sure I'm fine. Oh and don't get me started whenever she calls me princess.

Let me just explain the kiss, okay. She was singing 'All of Me' while we were slow dancing in the rain. She was so sweet and gentle, the way she looked when I said no to her being my girlfriend was heart breaking, but seeing her face when I said yes was incredible.

I am currently next to her cuddling. She's so warm it's amazing. She smells amazing too. I was wearing a t short she gave me along with some sweats. They were a bit big in me but still comfortable.

My throat started to hurt about an hour ago so I kept clearing my throat.

"Baby you okay?" I heard a raspy voice come from a sleepy Shannon.

"Yeah I'm fine" trying my hardest to speak. She moved down to my level and looked me in the eyes.

"You are clearly not fine, what wrong?" She asked again not giving up.

"My throat hurts but I'm okay really" I said sounding convincing. She just grabbed me closer but left room to run my back.

"You're a horrible lier Cam, but that okay because I can take extra care of you now." She said that and got closer.

"Thanks babe" I said now completely soothed and relaxed.

"You're welcome.. Now go to sleep, I have to wake up in four hours to go to work" she said. I just giggled and fell back asleep.

I woke up to an empty bed, sadly. I finally fell asleep last night after Shannon literally babied me to sleep.

I got up and seen a white rose with a note attached to it. I instantly smiled when I seen that Shannon's signature was on the later. It read:

Good morning baby,
I wish I could've stayed with you but I have to work, the end of season is coming which means I have to work extra hard.
I didn't wake you because you had a slight fever and you just looked adorable sleeping.
I'll be home at 1 to take care of you, I stopped at the store to get you some Gatorade, Advil, and a white rose.
Movie night tonight! I'll see you in a bit love.

She can not be any more sweeter. I looked in the drawer of my dresser, and sure enough all the thing she lister were there.

There was another note attached to the Advil. I smiled to myself as I opened the much smaller letter.

P.S. There is a fresh sweater in the dryer for you. Your brother put it in so it should be warm for you.

Its official, I am going to marry Shannon Forte.

"Mom!" I kinda yelled from upstairs. I say kinda because my voice cracked a couple times while I was yelling.

"Hey sweetie, you okay?" My mom asked coming into the room.

"No, I feel like I'm dying" I said sarcastically. She just chuckled and sat on my bed.

"We'll do you want some soup or something?" She asked.

"That would be wonderful" I said smiling as she patted my head. She got up and went downstairs.

I decided to go wash up at least and get myself together, then I would call Shannon. Just the thought of her makes me feel tingly.

Then it hit me. Tingly? Why would I get tingly. Could this be love?
