I could not believe I had given Wally advice about dating me! It was insane. If he ever found out he wouldn't forgive me, which is why he could never know. Honestly the thought of him finding out terrified me more than the imminent threat on my life. What would he do if he found out his best bro was actually a girl, a girl whom not three hours ago, he had been making out with. I shook my head, trying to clear out those thoughts, they weren't going to do me any good. I needed to do something, to get my mind off it, I decided to go on patrol. I grabbed my suit and snuck out the back entrance.
The night was calm, which irked me because I needed action. The closest I got was kicking the snot out of some guy who tried to rob a woman. I slinked back into the house, still restless, and unsure what to do with myself. Once back upstairs I ran into Wally.
"Hey Dixie, where have you been?" He asked me.
"Around, just passing the time." I told him.
"Cool, so, uh, I was wondering if maybe after all this was over if you, um, maybe wantedtogooutsometime?" He stuttered, saying the last sentence super fast.
My eyes widened, wow, he really was fast.
"Okay, sounds good." The words tumbled from my mouth before I even had time to process them.
He gave me a really big smile and then I quick peck on the lips before speeding off, leaving me standing there like a moron touching my lips.
