I tried to make a run for the exit, but trying to escape someone who could out run sound was sort of pointless, he was in front of me in an instant, his hands on my face, looking me directly in the eyes.
"Dixie?" He asked softly.
"yeah." I whispered.
"I am so confused right now." He told me.
"That's understandable." I said to him.
"is it safe to assume that under that suit you have..." He trailed off.
"Lady parts? Yeah, I do. I'm also wearing three sports bras." I informed him.
He laughed a little at that, but was quickly serious again, the most serious I had ever seen him.
"What the hell Robin?" He asked.
"Well I'm not gay." I said.
Understanding flashed in his eyes, "no, you certainly are not. So what you said-" I cut him off,
"I meant that Wally, every goddamn word, and I realize you probably don't feel the same way but-" and this time he cut me off, not with words, but with his mouth on mine, silencing me in the best way possible.
"I am so confused, and frustrated, and god I don't know, but I love you too Dixie."
Then he was kissing me again.
