When you are dancing you should try and always keep your head up. Especially when you are turning you have to keep your head up when you spot. If you look down to the floor you might end up there. A way to think about it is if you are on stage the people in the way back seats can't see you as well. Pretend you have a big shiny necklace that you want everyone to see. Try and keep your chin or head up so everyone can see it. Hope that helps!
