Another great, legit picture 😂
(PROMPT: Based of the the Greek story of Calypso with a twist ending. So basically, Calypso is doomed to live on the island Ogygia forever and handsome heroes show up every few years, but they never stay. And she always falls in love with them. Always. Anthony-hero Ian-Calypso)

Ian POV

"No! Please don't go! Your wife doesn't appreciate you as much as I do!" I yelled at David, who was getting on a boat to leave.

"Yes, she does. I'm sorry, Ian, but I can't leave her waiting any longer." And with that, David rowed away in his stupid little boat.

Damn the gods! Why did they have to trap me here?! Just because I sided with their enemy during the war, I HAD TO! My dad would've killed me! (Even though I'm immortal, IT'S AN EXPRESSION)

I guess I'll have another lonely dinner by myself as I await the next guy to show up.

I sit down with the same boring meal I eat every day. A salad with assorted fruit. I sigh and look down at my bowl. Just another boring day on this boring island. I only look up when I see that a boat has arrived at the docks. Time to introduce myself to another love interest. I don't know why I keep falling in love, I'm stuck alone, a hopeless romantic for eternity.

I look back at my dismal bowl and continue to eat my salad. He'll realize I'm here and walk over soon enough.

"Hello! Hello? Is anyone on this island? My ship crashed, and I'm in need of some assistance with fixing it. I'll make it worth your while! Please! Anyone!" The mysterious hero yelled.

I sighed yet again. I've heard this spiel before. "I'll make it worth your while" blah blah blah blah. I always end up helping, they always end up leaving. Nothing new to me. Constantly being used for my handiness, then being ditched in the end. I already know how the chapter ends, might as well move the plot along.

I finish my dinner and rise from my chair. I exit my tiny house and set out for the beach. The sun was just starting to set by the shore, and the sky was shining in shades of crimson and peach. It was probably the only silver lining to being stranded in the middle of the ocean. The breathtaking scenery.

Once I finally reach the beach, I see the man trying to fix the ship on his own. Why must these heroes have so much false confidence and not enough craftsmanship with boats?

"I heard you needed a hand?" I say with a flirtatious smile. I look down at his hand and see that he doesn't have a wedding ring. This might be the escape I've been dreaming of!

He looks up at me and smiles. "Indeed I do. But I must know your name first. Who do I have the pleasure of meeting on this seemingly-deserted island?" The hero questions. He seems very educated. Maybe he has a strong heart and won't abandon me like the others before him.

"My name is Ian. I'm immortal. The island we're trapped on is called Ogygia by the way." I responded, winking at him when I said my name.

"Trapped? It doesn't seem like we're trapped. Enticing name by the way, Ian. I'm Anthony." The hero said with an enchanting smile at the end, joining in on my subtle flirting.

I smile sweetly at Anthony. "Now that we've introduced ourselves, want me to assist you in your boat dilemma?"

"Oh, that's right! I almost forgot about that, my mind seems to be fixated on something else at the moment." Anthony admitted, blushing near the end.

"Really? What's troubling you?" I interrogated further, already knowing where this was headed. As I've stated before, I've gone through the process more than a few times.

Anthony looked at me again and his blush turned a deeper shade of red. His face looked like the sunset at this point.

"You're very captivating Ian," Anthony started, "You almost make me want to stay here forever. My life back at home isn't too great."

Oh? Usually every hero's life at home is full of riches and adventure. This is new. I swear to Zeus if this is a trap...

The rational part of my mind shuts up when Anthony grabs my hand.

"Maybe I can deal with the boat tomorrow." Anthony smirked down at me. He was now on his feet, so he was slightly taller than me.

"I have a house further into the island. I'll give you the grand tour, if you want. You can stay the night." I offer generously, hoping he'll agree."

"Will you give me a tour of your body afterwards?" Anthony sexily prompts.

"Why wait?" I said with a sly grin.

I grab Anthony's hand and we run through the sand, heading towards my house for an exciting night.

I wake up and realize I'm not in bed alone; Anthony is snoozing next to me with a cute grin on his face.

"Better not get used to it," I think to myself, "He'll be off Ogygia soon enough."

I still savor the view in front of me for the next few minutes nonetheless. After that, I get out of bed and open the blinds which we must've closed last night, letting the sun shine through the small room that I've slept in for quite a while now.

The sudden brightness startles Anthony, and he slowly opens his eyes and looks around my room until he spots me. Then he smirks

"Morning, beautiful. Last night was amazing." Anthony says, still sounding a bit groggy from the night before. I blush, recalling the events from the last night.

"I still feel a bit sore, but it was so worth it." After I say this, Anthony walks over and rubs my ass soothingly.

I moan.

"Ian, forget about fixing the boat. I'm staying here forever."

I have never smiled that much in all the years I've been on Earth.
