Chapter 5: Flying Cows?

**Lunch Time**

~Deri’s POV~

“And then she took a picture of his ass.” Mitchell said as he grabbed my hand and raised it in victory.

“Shut up Mitchy.” I said slapping his hand playfully.

I met Mitchy in Mrs. Sears class when someone was trying to beat him up I had pulled down his pants and for some odd reason he didn’t have any underwear on. So I pulled out my phone and took a picture off it. I told Mitchy he could use it for revenge or whatever. I laughed at what happened last period. Now its lunch time and I'm sitting with Mitchy’s friends. They are two boys, Gerald the boy who pulled Andrew away this morning and Keith who I seemed to have a lot of classes with. Delilah was sitting with a few girls she said she met in third and fourth period. She seemed to be having a good time with her new friends.

“Who are you looking at Deri?” Keith asked.

“Probably a boy.” Mitchy sung. “Is it him or him or….”

“No you crazy person, I'm looking at my sister and her friends.” I said.

“You have a sister?” asked Gerald as he followed my gaze. “Oh is she the one wearing dark jeans and a blue shirt?” he asked and then he started smirking.

“Yeah, why?” I asked kind of scared to hear the answer.

“Oh cause she is sexy as hell.” he said as licking his lips. “You can’t even imagine all the things I want to do to her.”

“Bro that’s my sister you’re talking about!” I yelled at him. I can’t believe this boy who does he think he is. My sister isn't someone you can just have your way with and go on about your business.

“I know.” he said.

I bet he is picturing her with him.

“Horny ass boys these days.” Mitchy said shaking his head.

“You know you are boy right?” I asked.

“No, I'm a girl trapped in a boy’s body.” he said dead serious.

“Dude, are you serious?” Keith asked

While we all stared at Mitchy.

“No I just wanted to your expressions when I said it.” he laughed. “They were priceless.”

His fits of laughter causing some of the students to turn and look at us including the people at Delilah’s table. The look on her face said it all. She wanted to come over here and sit with me like old times but she couldn’t.  I sighed lunch just isn’t going to be the same without her. I looked away and started pecking at my lunch. I had a salad. It was okay. Its school food what is it supposed to taste like, a five star restaurant? I don’t think so. I decided to look around not paying attention to whatever the boys were talking about. I saw a group of boys by the front of the cafeteria. They look like your typical group of jocks. One of the boys noticed I was staring at them and winked. He soon said something to his group of friends. They all looked up and smirked. I turned away shyly and started pecking at my lunch again. I kind of wonder what he said to make his friends smirk at me.
