Chapter Ten
Luke's POV
We had just finished out friday night band practise and were packing up our stuff into the van.
"Hey guys, I wondering if you all wanted to go out for drinks?"
Drew asked us all.
Whenever alcohol is concerned, I for one can't say no!
"Sure, I'll go!"
I piped up.
"How 'bout you guys?"
Drew asked in the direction of Kier and Laurence.
I think there's something I'm missing here?
Drew's POV
"Well, I was gonna head home, I'm little tired"
Laurence said. Grrr c'mon Laurence.
"Um, yeah, I was gonna head home as well"
NO NO NO!!! Our plan is falling apart...
"Awww c'mon guys. Just for a short while?"
Hopefully I can salvage mine and Shane's plan to get them together. We just need persuade Laurence. Kier seems to do anything Laurence decides to do...this shouldn't be too hard.
"Hmmm...okay then, I'll go for short while"
aaaand Kier's confirmation in 3...2...
"Um, yeah I'll go too"
Told ya.
Shane's POV
Wow, that was close. Drew had managed to get Luke, Laurence and Kier to go out for drinks. Thank God. I don't think I can take one more day of them not being together.
We decided to go the pub which was part way down the street from our rehearsal space.
Drew took orders for everyone. Luckily Kier and Laurence both ordered something alcoholic. Our plan was going well so far.
Just think, a few more drinks down the line, Kier and Laurence will be together...and when we get home I can correct the flaws in mine and Drew's relationship. Wow, I'm nervous.
Drew came back, managing to carry all 5 drinks at once, and then handing everyone theirs. Drew smiled at me, but not in a way he usually smiles.
Does he know what I'm planning or something?
