Concessions

Julia and Natalie asked permission to discuss the future with Erin, who agreed. Erin wondered if they had decided to take the option of moving out, in that event they would be provided with funds from the trust. She mentioned it to Molly who administered the trust these days, Molly was taken aback and apologised that she may have been too heavy handed, knelt at Erin's feet and offered the cane to Erin. 'We will see what they say first' Molly was told and then added 'but I may cane you anyway'. Molly grinned, a mixture of expectation and apprehension, 'thank you' she knew that the sexual rewards later would be huge.

The girls were invited to sit, Erin put them at ease and told them if they didn't want Molly present their wishes would be respected, they were ok with Molly being there. Being seated meant that they could say what they wanted without recrimination. They went straight for it 'we wish to drop the schoolgirl day and the little girl day' said Julia as the spokesperson. 'What do I get in return?' asked Erin. 'Extra time as maids' came the reply, Erin sat back 'your school day is basically a half day with the rest of it just wearing a school uniform, I would want a full day maid work', she looked from face to face 'and your little girl day would be replaced with a full day maid duties on days of my choosing' and to emphasise the point 'that means three full days a week and under Charlotte's control'. The girls looked at each other, Erin asked 'do you need time to decide?', they replied 'no Mistress'. Erin agreed to their request, the girls rose, curtsied to Mistress Erin, then to Mistress Molly and vacated the study. 'Well, that was not what I expected' smiled Erin, 'I had been feeling for a while I should find something to occupy more of their time, this is perfect, three days? it will be four days soon'. Erin paged Charlotte for coffee 'we will mention it to Charlotte when she brings the coffee'.

Charlotte brought coffee into the study for the Mistresses 'sit down Charlotte' said Erin, this was the signal of a serious chat where an opinion can be stated. 'How did you find you caning the other day? asked Erin 'The hardest I have ever had' replied Charlotte, 'was it too much?'. Charlotte grinned 'Mistress you have the right to order it' she looked at Molly 'I can hardly complain at Mistress Molly's technique since I tutored her'. Erin smiled and Molly kissed Charlotte's cheek. 'The reason I have called you in here is that we had a visit from the girls', Charlotte noted Erin's use of 'we'. They want to drop the schoolgirl and little girl days in favour of extra maid days', Charlotte was taken totally by surprise and her face showed it, 'you will of course be senior to them and any impropriety will be reported to me or Mistress Molly'. Up until now there had been some ambiguity over Molly's status but here it was clear as far as Charlotte was concerned it was an equal status to Mistress Erin, or perhaps one small step behind Erin as it was obvious that Molly adored and was submissive to Erin. 'Initially it will be three days a week and I will find a reason to make it four', Charlotte smiled as she heard the add on 'they will be long hours but I will make an apparent concession to reduce their hours daily for a five day week'. Erin liked pauses for effect and paused now 'of course this means you are ultimately responsible, do you know what that means', Charlotte replied quietly 'it means if they step out of line I also get caned'. Erin smiled 'essentially yes but there will be a little latitude but I expect you to keep order' and then she said 'there is a concession for you too, on occasion you will be called upon to be Mistress Molly's bitch too', now that was a surprise that Charlotte was not expecting. She looked at Molly who said 'I look forward to sampling your skills'.
