Maya's POV:
"When were you going to tell me?" I whispered to Luke.
"I-I was waiting for the right moment, which obviously wasn't then." He chuckled, biting his lip ring.
"I mean, I support it and everything. I'm here if you need anything, any advice."
"Advice on what? You're straight as a board." Luke was full fledged laughing now.
"And?" I jokingly smacked his arm and he rubbed it. "So, do you have any eyes on someone special?"
"Well, there is this one guy..." Luke's voice trailed off, his eyes doing the same.
"Spill!" I scooted closer to him.
"I'm not gonna tell you that easily! But I will easily tell you that one of the guys has a crush on you." He made kissy faces and stuck out his tongue.
"Haha, you're funny."
"I'm being serious right now." Luke looked at me and held out his pinkie. I laughed and locked pinkies with him.
"I wouldn't supposed you'd tell me, would you?" I looked at him with puppy eyes.
"No but I dared him to do something to you tomorrow at school, so good luck." He smirked and got up. "Unfortunately, I promised the guys I'd go to the arcade with them."
"Can I come? I have nothing to do, I'm gonna be bored the whole day." I frowned.
"Sure." Luke patted my head and shoved his phone into his back pocket. "Let's go short stuff." He smirked and pushed me out the door.
_
"Finally we're here!" I sarcastically groaned and slammed the car door behind me.
"Careful! You can't get a baby like this anywhere." Luke said, rubbing the door. I laughed and opened the door to the arcade.
"Hey Lu- Maya?" Michael looked confused and I felt a plastic ball pop against my forehead.
"Yup." I picked up the plastic ball and threw it back to Ashton. He blushed and grabbed it.
"There's Luke!" Calum pointed at Luke and they bombarded him with plastic balls. I ducked out of the way, recording Luke's reaction. There was a pile of plastic balls by his feet by the time they were done. He just stood there, frowning. He picked five up and threw one at each of us.
"Jerks." He laughed. We changed our dollars for quarters and started playing games like ten year olds. I eventually made it over to Pac-Man and played the crap out of it, making the number one top score. Calum came behind me and ruined it once, but I smacked him for it. The remainder of the time I played, he watched.
"So I'm guessing you really like Pac-Man?" He laughed.
"Yea, I guess you could say that." He inserted two quarters into a claw machine and caught a stuffed cat.
"Hmm. I've never lost a claw game before." He laughed, handing me the cat.
"Oh really?"
"Yea."
"How about that one?" I pointed towards one with a tiny claw and giant stuffed animals.
"Eh. Easy." He shrugged his shoulder and smirked, walking over to the machine. He inserted his quarters and messed with the joystick connected to the front of the machine. The lights on the side of the glass lit up, making his eyebrows furrow in concentration. He licked his lips and pressed the red button.
"Bingo." He looked over at me and smirked. He pulled a dog out of the prize door and handed it to me.
"Thanks. So I'm guessing you really like claw games." I smirked.
"I guess you could say that." He smiled, bringing the wrinkles by his eyes into a full crease. I walked towards the ski-ball, inserting a quarter. Michael took the other one next to me and smiled. I smiled back and rolled a ball into the caged clown face. It landed on in the 100 point on the clowns face. I rolled another one, this time making it into the 500 point. I kept rolling, eventually running out of balls. The tiny screen showed me a total of 1025 points. The ticket dispenser spit out tickets and I jammed them into my pocket. Michael looked at his screen. He looked up and smirked.
"1030."
"Wow. A total of five points higher than me!" I said, sarcasm dripping from my mouth. He grabbed his tickets and walked towards another game. I walked towards the quarter pusher game and put my quarter in at the perfect moment. It pushed six more quarters and I grabbed them, smiling like a eight year old.
*buzz buzz*
I grabbed my phone from my pocket, looking at the text I had just received.
Unknown:
Lol, you said hi to me today and I died.
I swiped the text off my screen and shoved my phone in my pocket.
Weird.
I walked around for a couple minutes and finally decided on going to the snack bar. I grabbed mysoft pretzel and a slushie, thanking the cashier and sat an empty table in the corner. As I chomped into my pretzel, Luke walked over to my table with a soda in his hand.
"Get any texts lately?" He had an evil grin on his face.
"I knew it had to be you messing with me." I scoffed.
"Actually, it was your secret admirer. I just gave him the idea."
"Smooth. Thanks for giving out my personal information to them! It makes me feel so much safer!" Sarcasm was oozing from my mouth.
"Your welcome!" Luke said with a high pitch tone. I rolled my eyes and finished my pretzel. I threw away the wrapper and slurped down my slush. I threw the cup away and walked over to Calum.
"Sup." He said, his eyes fixated on the glass holding plushies behind it. He had a bag next to him filled with goodies from the crane machine. It had the arcade logo on it, which was stretched from the capacity of the plushies. I could see a monkey tail sticking out from the top of the bag.
"What do you even do with those?"
"I donate them."
"Aw, Calum, I didn't know you had a sensitive side to you." I cooed, smirking.
"Now you do." He grabbed the banana plushie from the prize door and handed it to me.
"Yea, I'll go get another bag." I walked towards the counter and grabbed a bag, shoving the plushies into it. I walked back over to Calum and handed it to him.
"I'm done." He smiled. "Wanna come with me to donate these?"
"Sure." I smiled back. We told the boys where we were going and I looked back to see Luke making kissy faces. I rolled my eyes and stuck my middle finger up at him.
"Ready?" Calum looked at me with content eyes.
"Yep!" I shot him a smile as we walked out the door towards his car. He shoved the stuffed animals into his trunk and we got into the car.
"Let's do this."

A/n
I would just like to say, do not jump to conclusions. Maya is going to be hanging out a lot with each of the guys, its just that I decided to write her hanging out with Calum in this chapter. And if you're wondering why she's suddenly so friendly with the guys, they approached her, and she doesn't want to be rude, obviously! Anyways, I will be updating as soon as I can and I hoped you enjoyed this chapter. WAIT just another friendly reminder, please do not judge the fact that I made Luke gay. I just decided on that. If you have a problem with that, then idk. But yea. Catch ya later!
