"gosh, i hate it here," eunseok mumbled, looking at the stairs in front of him.

wondering where he was? he's walking his way to his younger brother, junseok's classroom to attend his parents' day because their parents were on a trip without them.

"grade 5, class 2," he looked at the door plate of the classroom. he went in from the back and looked around the room, trying to find where his brother was.

"hyung!" junseok shouted, waving his hand to catch his attention. he locked eyes with him, waving back at him with a small smile. he then took out his phone and snapped a picture of junseok, sending it to his parents to tell them that he attended the parents' day.

closing his phone, his eyes went to the teacher who walked into the room.

"good morning everyone, my name is bae y/n, the home room teacher of class 2, today we'll be..."

bae y/n? the girl from sungchan's class?

meanwhile

while you were giving your speech about the parents' day, your eyes wandered around the classroom, making sure that everyone was listening.

your gaze stopped at someone, your mind went blank for a second because of him.

why is he here?

you continued your speech after getting distracted by eunseok. you tried not to look at his side but you couldn't, your eyes were nearly fixed on him.

he hasn't lost his looks

"i'll be calling out the names, please wait until you're called."

eunseok leaned closer to junseok, "hey, how long have she been your teacher?" he asked. the younger boy looked at him with his brows furrowed, "a few months ago, why?"

he shrugged, his eyes went to you, "nothing." junseok was confused by his sudden question but didn't bother much and he continued to finish his homework.

he secretly stared at you while you're having a talk with the parents. it reminded him that he used to take secret glances at you whenever he's around you.

she's still the same

to explain about you and eunseok relationship, you two were never classmates. you two knew each other because of sungchan, who's your classmate and his best friends during high school.

you and sungchan were the class presidents, you two spent quite a lot of time together to discuss the things that your teachers instructed.

since eunseok and sungchan were best friends, he was always beside sungchan whenever you needed to talk to sungchan.

if sungchan was not around, you would ask eunseok where he was or hand him something to pass it over.

whenever you and eunseok talked, you didn't know why you would somehow get flustered? intimidated? by him. you couldn't figure the feelings out, you barely meet his eyes whenever you two talked.

as for eunseok, he liked you.

simple as that.

he started to have feelings for you since sungchan introduced you to him. he liked your personality, hard working and caring, that's what he knew about you.
