Lauren's POV:
''Mila! Austin is here to get you.''
That's the nightly routine around here for the past week. We attend the meet and greet, she runs off to spend time with him, we perform, she gets ready and leaves with him, returning early in the morning.
''Lo! Brad is here to get you too. What the.. Why does Troy have to be so far? Making me miss my baby.'' Ally wined in her baby voice. I waved all the girls goodbye and headed out.
''You look really nice Lauren.'' an unfamiliar, familiar voice complimented me.
''Thanks.. you too.'' I glanced over my shoulder at her. The truth is that ever since that night we haven't said one word to each other. We aren't angry or anything, I think we're just trying our best to cope with the situation, keep our distance. But it's so hard for me to act as if not one ounce of me desires her when all of me does. Especially when she's wearing high waisted jeans. The way they're tight in every right place, complimenting her every curve.
''You do look lovely my darling.'' Brad interrupted my thoughts. I smiled while walking his way.
''You don't look so bad yourself.'' I teased, he wrapped his arms around me and kissed me hello.
''Aren't you two just the cutest thing?'' Austin jokingly mentioned. Him and I haven't been down each other's throats since that night, we're not best of buds but I guess we both understood everything. I'm who Camila loves, he is whom she should learn to love. He's better for her. There are still moments I want to strangle him like when he calls her babe or when he makes her blush. I just envy him.
''Thanks mate.''
''Yea, thanks. Well. Are we leaving now or you're going to have me standing here all night Bradley?'' I said.
''We would be out of here already but someone by the name of Lauren, never let me know where she wanted to head off to.'' He was right. We spend so much time together that we've ran out of things to do, makes no sense since we are on tour, going to different cities or states every other day but it's the truth.
''Ugh you're right. I don't want to stay in Bradley, I am not!'' I poked his chest hard with my pointer finger after every word.
''Will you quit calling me that? It's Brad. You know this.'' He laughed while grabbing my hand.
''Will you make up your mind then?'' I mimicked his previous gesture and grabbed his hand, placing it on my left cheek.
''Why don't you guys just come with us? I know a cool place, we'll have a great time. It's about time for a double date anyways.'' Austin suggested. Is he on drugs? There is no way I'm going to spend my night watching Camila in his arms, suffering being so close yet so far away from her while he gets to declare her his girlfriend. I'm still in love with her.
''Thanks Austin but-''
''Sure Austin. Don't you think we should darling? We have no plans, neither of us really know this town. Austin here knows it very well as he says.'' Brad turned my way. Great, just fucking great. I really can't believe he wants to spend our night, our time with them. I swear I want to turn down the offer but I know Brad won't take it easily. He'll start to think that I'm still stuck on Camila and that I don't want to give him the place he deserves, as the one who is my lover. It's true. I'm not ready. I'm not ready to sit down across from the person I would give anything to be with while I'm next to the person who feels that exact same way for me. I can't keep putting this off though, it's bound to happen.
''Uh.. Yeah. Sure. Whatever you want babe.'' I quickly let out without thinking.
''Babe?'' his face lit up like a Christmas tree.
