Chapter 12

Couple days later*it was the day before dick and y/n's anniversary

Y/n pov
I've been in my bed for days everyone is worried about me they keep on calling me and texting me I just kept ignoring them dick calls me every 10 min he really cares but he still cheated on me and worse of all tomorrow is are anniversary

"Y/n you got to get out of bed you've been on the bed for days and you stink come on I'm going to take you to my favorite diner get up and take a bath you need it" Sarah said I just got up and headed to the bath I cried I couldn't believe he could do that but maybe there's more to the story I got out and change to y/fc shirt and some jeans with converse.

Time skip to the diner*

Sarah ordered me a burger and she got a salad she said I need some food in my stomach because I haven't ate much I just picked at my food "come on y/n you got to get over him he is not worth it" I just looked up and saw the worry in her eyes I couldn't look at her so I just got up from my seat and went into an ally and made sure no one saw me and I flew to the apartment to put on my nightingale outfit and flew to the roof I need to relax and the roof was always my favorite place to relax and think I always did it when I was with my parents I missed them so much but I can pay attention to the past I got to live the future

Couple of hours later*

I was still on the roof the sun was setting and it reminded me about nightwing whenever we would go the roof and look at the sunset together all of a sudden I heard footsteps I turned back to see nightwing coming towards me "what do you want" I said angrily "I want to come apologize I didn't kiss zatanna she put a spell on me to kiss her"he said "I don't believe you how do I know your not just making this up"I said "you can ask m'agann she looked through my mind" he said "fine I'll ask her I flew off to the young justice mountain and saw m'agann
"Did you look through the nightwings mind"yes I did he was mind controlled" she said and I felt relief wash over me I flew to my apartment and saw nightwing still there sitting down"hey I asked and I believe you"he looked up to me and I saw tears in his eyes he didn't have his mask on he got up and kissed me and I kissed back "so guess what's tomorrow"I said he kissed me once again and said"our anniversary of course and I have something planned for both of us he smirked and put his mask back on and he left me wondering what he meant by it
