Harry's POV

"So yeah." I finished. "You can scream at me... reprimand me all you want. But I just wanted to let you know."

My father sat in his large, velvet-glazed armchair with a leg crossed over the other. His prominent knuckles supported his bristly chin as he listened intently. He watched me with focused eyes as I let out a shaky, anxious sigh.

He brought his hands together and intertwined his fingers before smiling at me, to my surprise. "I'm not dating Melinda." He lightly laughed. "I have many other female companions that I go to places with. But I'm not dating any of them. So you don't have to worry about that."

My eyes slightly widened. I was relieved that he didn't have any type of emotional attachment to Melinda. "Oh... okay." I uttered.

"But," He stood up and crossed his arms. "That was a terribly wrong thing to do."

I nodded in agreement and glanced down.

"I know I might not have been the best example for you. I've done terrible things as well but I try to learn from my mistakes." He told me. "But sometimes you mess things up so bad that you can't undo them and you lose something dear to you. I don't want that to happen to you, Harry." He ambled over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder.

"Have you been taking your medication regularly?" He enquired.

"I stopped for a day yesterday to see if I could cope without it but... I couldn't."

"Don't do that, kid. It's dangerous."

"I know."

"Harry, listen." He pursed his lips and breathed gutturally before speaking. "I want to keep Helena by your side. She seems to understand you quite well. I can tell that she's a special one."

I slightly narrowed my eyebrows as thought to myself. "She is." I replied with a light nod. "But dad... could you not tell Daniel or mum about her if they call? You know how they are."

"Of course." He let out a throaty chuckle and pulled me in for one last hug before I left.

Helena's POV

"How did it go?" I asked when Harry got into the Lamborghini. The driver nosily peered at us from the rear view mirror. Niall and Zayn had gone back to Gripleville earlier than us. They were satisfied with the show they helped put up and couldn't stop taking about their newfound enticing stage presence. They were called for an encore after the whole show.

"He took it quite well. But if it were my mum, I'd be dead." He replied, shutting the car door with a slam.

The ignition was turned on and feeble vibrations followed. When the car began to take off, Harry dug into his bag and devoutly searched for something. "Did you leave anything?" I questioned.

He pulled out a white rectangular box and bobbed it around in his hands before handing it over to me. "Here you go."

I took in my hands and studied the picture on the box. It was a brand new mobile phone. "Wow, this must've cost a lot. You could've gotten me the same model as before."

"Those old models suck. I know because you never picked up when I called." He responded with a playful smirk, referring to the time I used to ignore his calls to focus on Daniel. "Or maybe it was deliberate."

"Thanks, Hairy." I laughed.

"Don't mention it, I'm your boyfriend." He stated.

I raised an eyebrow and couldn't help but smirk. "Aren't I?" Harry asked, tilting his head down to meet my gaze. I didn't reply, I just nudged him in the arm with a wink.
