Chapter 16 ~The Change

SARITHA'S P.O.V

It was a really boring flight even though it only took half an hour. Mitch texted me as soon as I got on the plane saying he missed me which was really cute but what is weird though is that Jordi has been quiet the whole time. 'Whats wrong Boo?' I asked her as we are walking off the plane to go collect our bags.

'I don't know if I will be able to cope doing the long distance thing you know especially being that this is my first real relationship' she said to me grabbing her bag as it came around the corner on the conveyor belt.

'Yer I know but it will be ok we can do this' I said as I grabbed my bag which was behind hers. We started walking out of the airport to meet our parents out the front of the airport but when we finally saw them they looked really sad as if someone had died. Oh no has someone died??

'Hey mummy whats wrong?' I said giving her a massive hug when I got to her.

'We need to talk when we get home baby thats all' She said returning the hug then slipping back into the front seat of our car.

'Bye see you tommorrow at school' I said to jordi waving at her she waved back at me then I got into the car and mum started driving home.

After a really awkward dinner between me and my mum I got told to wait at the table until my dad got home from work. My mum went straight up stairs to her room after dinner and all I have heard ever since is her pacing back and forth. I wonder if everything is ok. The front door flies open really fast scaring me half to death but then I saw my dad and when his eyes meet mine they widened ten times bigger then e=what the were before out of excitement. 'Baby girl your finally home' my dad said as he came running up to me pulling me into on of his death grip hugs. 'I've missed you' he wispered into my ear before he gave me a kiss on the cheek.

'I've missed you to dad' I said pulling away from the hug and smiling.

'oh good your back we can tell her know' my mum said walking down the stairs.

'tell me what?' I asked curious as to wha has been playing on her mind for the last few hours.

'Well' my said sitting infront of me at the dining room table. 'I am just gunna cut straight to the point you have been accepted into one of the highest cericulum schools in Sydney along with Jordi and we have been talking with her parents and we think out of the best intrests of you two that it would be good for you to go live in Sydney for the remainder of your school years and live with her Aunt and Uncle' my mum said not taking her eyes off me.

'Are you really sending me away? have I done something?' I say before I even knew I could say anything just for the pure fact I am in so much shock.

'No of course you havent' my dad said.

'I-i-i-i w-well ok then aslong as you think it is best for me' I said not bothering to argue with my parents.

'It is baby you dont have to go to school tomorrow just got to pick up a few forms with Jordi and say good bye sometime during the day' my mum said getting up giving me a kiss then going back upstairs to her bedromm.

'im going to miss you' my dad said doing excactly what my mum hadf said leaving me sitting in the dinning room by myself. I ran upstairs to my room grabbed my phone out of my hand bag and dialed Jordi's number.

JORDI'S P.O.V

'Baby we need to talk when we get home' was all she said before she walked off towards the car.

'Bye see you tomorrow at school' Saritha said to me as she went with her mother I just waved good bye to her. I got in the car and my mum started driving us home. The drive only took five minutes but it seemed like forever because it was so quiet and awkward. Driving into my driveway I could see my step dad, my brother, and my sister waiting outsided for me.
