"Good evening ladies and gentlemen," I say into the microphone in front of a thousand people in our football field. "Welcome to the commencement ceremony of 2015."

I smile," look at you guys, today is the day where we say goodbye to being high school students. Please do me a favor and stop posting pictures of your graduation caps on Instagram, I have some important matters to discuss," I say as people start laughing.

"Can we take a moment and thank everyone that is here tonight? Our administration for providing this school, our teachers who spend their whole lives teaching us, our family and friends for believing in us. Give them a round of applause," I say as everyone claps.

I sigh," today is an emotional day but can you believe we're here? Who knew we would be sitting here today about to walk away from this place? I remember when everyone would say they wanted high school to end and I was one of those people. Now that the day is finally happening, I'm going to miss this school more than ever."

"I'm going to miss all the teachers and the staff because they were so kind to us even when they did give us some bad grades. But you know what? Those bad grades only made us want to get better ones. It made us find out that we are capable of working harder. I don't know where I'm going with this, I'm sorry," I laugh as everyone else does to. "See right there? I just messed up on my speech but life is full of mistakes and we learn from it."

"I remember the first day I came into high school with my best friend Olivia. We thought we were so cool with feather-clip ons and twinkles toes," I laugh. "We soon learned that that was not cool at all so we gave ourselves a makeover. Throughout these four years in high school, I have made so many great friends. We all are kind and amazing. Our community kept growing and growing."

"So now, do not get upset because we're about to say goodbye. Think about saying hello to a new world of opportunities. Some of us are going to college, some of us are going to the military. But no matter where we end up, we will continue to work our best with everything we learned from school. We will continue to strive. Congratulations, class of 2015!" I say as everyone applauds. Thank god that was over. The administration all give me high fives.

I was wearing a creme colored dress that stops above my knees and creme colored wedges. I quickly make my way back to my seat which is right next to Liv's since her last name began with a 'G.'  The principal starts calling us up one by one," I'm so nervous," Liv says as I smile. I'm going to miss her so much even though she's going to California as well.

She's going to Unitek which is about 15 miles from Stanford... I think. She kept talking about how we should get a house together and be house buddies somewhere in the middle of Stanford and wherever her college is located.

I didn't think it would be a bad idea until Harry said he'd be willing to move to California with me. I have to tell him he shouldn't do that for me," Phoebe Grayson, Stanford University," I heard clapping before I walk onto the podium. I forgot I'm at a graduation.

I take my diploma and give a bow. As I walk off stage, I hear," Olivia Guzman, Unitek College." That's my best friend! You go girl! I give Liv lots of nicknames and last names because she hates her last name. It sounds fine to me.

Once Mr Thompson called everyone out, he went onto the boys since they came in during the end of the year," these gentlemen haven't completely finished the year but we're still honored to call them out. They don't know where they're going yet but they still mean a lot. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson!"

Everyone applauds as we watch them walk onstage and grab their 'diplomas.' I'm still happy for them. I can't imagine going from the top of the world to going to high school. That's ridiculous.
