Chapter 14
We reached my house. On the door there was a note taped to the door, it was from my mum,
Darling, I've gone out to get some food won't be late xxx- mum
"Well my mum's gone out so we have the house to ourselves for a bit" I said
"Good, tell me EVERYTHING!" she shrieked
"Ok, but first calm down" I said. I took her into the living room and sat down on the couch and explained EVERYTHING to her.
"OMFD" she said
"What?" I said
"Your going on a date tomorrow, we NEED to go shopping!" she practically screamed
"Ok, lets go" I said giggling at her excitement
We grabbed our bags and headed out the door. We reached the mall and decided to go into forever 21.
"Ok, how about this" she said holding a fancy dress
"Um Amy I'm going on a date not to a wedding!" I said
"Oh yeah I forgot" she said "Ok how about this" she said holing a bottle green shirt dress
"PERFECT!" I said
"Ok, now shoes" she said
"How about these" I said picking up pumps that match the dress
"Cool, now let's go pay" she said
We paid then left the mall to go back home. I dropped Amy home then walked to my house. I opened the door and found my brother on his high chair watching Mickey Mouse, my mum cooking and my little sister colouring.
"Mum, I'm home" I yelled
"Hi sweetie" she said
"Hi" I said
"So were did you go?" she asked
"Um, Amy and I went to the mall to get clothes for my "date" tomorrow" I said
"Oooohhhhh, so who's your date?" she said smiling
"Um, well I wouldn't call it a date, um it's that new boy Zayn" I hesitated remembering what Amy said in the morning
"OMG, really, he's cute" she said
"MUUUUM!" I shrieked
"Only kidding honey, so what did you buy?" she said
"This" I said while showing her the dress and matching shoes
"Wow!" she said
"Yeah Amy chose it" I said
"Well it's very pretty and I'm sure you'll look gorgeous" she said
"I love you mum" I said
"I love you too baby girl" she said "I can't wait to tell your father about your date tomorrow" she squealed
"MUM!" I screamed while walking up to my room. I could hear her laughing. Ugh parents!
I went inside my room took my pyjamas from my closet and headed for the shower. I took long in the shower, making sure every bit of hair was covered in shampoo. I rinsed my hair wrapped my robe around my self and went inside my room. I went to my closet to get my blow drier out. I closed the closet door then jumped at the fact that my sister was in the room.
"Um Lily what are you doing in here?" I questioned
"Nothing" she replied
"Well, could you get out I kinda have to get ready" I said
