Chapter 8
We sat down in our seats, waiting for the teacher to arrive. It was 10 minutes of hell because she was late and you obviously know what that means.
"So Aria, what are you doing after school?" Zayn asked
"Um, I'm going to go to Anna's house to stay over" I replied
"Oh" he said
"Why?" I said
"No, I was just wondering if you wanted to come over to my house" he said
"Oh, sorry" I said
"No, its ok maybe some other time" he replied.
"Yeah MAYBE" I said Just then the teacher came and apologized for being late
"Alright class, today we will be doing things a little differently, meaning today we will be going on a field trip, to look at what nature's got to offer" Ms Honey said
*Oh great*
"So, I guess were partners" I said sarcastically. He chuckled
"Yeah I guessed we are" He smiled, I couldn't help but smile too
"Class, get in pairs and line up outside" Ms Honey said I got up from my chair and followed Zayn out of the classroom
"Off we go class!" Ms Honey said
We headed down the hallway and out of the school doors, the teacher made us stand near the coach so she could count us, just in case some tried to bunk of the trip.
"Right everyone on the coach please" Ms Honey said
"Um, Ms If we are going to see what "Natures" got to offer us, why are we taking the coach?" Amy said, she always had a point for everything
"Oh, well I didn't really think about that. Maybe next time we'll walk but for today we'll drive there" she replied as we all got onto the bus.
"Um Zayn?" I said
"Yes" He said
"I feel sick sitting near the window so I was wondering if you'll sit there instead" I said
"Ok, If it makes you feel better I'll sit there" I said
"Thanks" I replied
"Note to self, Aria doesn't like sitting near the window" He said in a mono tone voice, I looked up at him and laughed really hard
"You're weird" I said
"But I do make you laugh right?" he said
"Yeah" I said
"Then that's fine" he said
The coach's engine started up and Ms Honey told us to put on our seat belts. About half way through the journey I was getting bored so I thought of playing a game with everyone.
"Let's play a game" I said
"What kind of game?" Zayn asked
"Let's play eye spy!" Amy yelled
"Ok!"Zayn, Anna, Anthony and I said
"I'll go first, I spy with my little eye something beginning with the letter A" Anna said
"Um, Aria" Amy said
"No" Anna said
"Anthony" Anthony said
"NO!" Anna said
"Air conditioner" Zayn said
"Yes, Zayn got it right" Anna said
