Chapter 16
I woke up to sound of my little brother screaming. I checked the time on my phone and realized that I had slept all the way through till lunch! I jumped off of the bed, not bothering to make it, I ran down the stairs and into the kitchen where I found my mum sitting on the table.
"Morning honey" She chirped
"Morning, mum why didn't you wake me up!" I asked
"Well you were sleeping so peacefully, I didn't want to wake you up"
"Oh"
"So are you hungry?" she asked
"Yes"
"I'll make you something to eat"
"Thanks momma" I said. A few minutes after, the door bell rang
"Hmm, I wonder who that could be." My mum asked curious
"I'll get it" I said as I jumped of the kitchen counter. I walked over to the door and opened it to find a very perky Amy.
"Morning beautiful, what are you still doing in your pyjamas?" Amy questioned
"Morning perky Polly, I just woke up" I replied
"OMG, seriously!"
"Yes, now are you coming in or what?"
"Oh yeah I forgot" she said as she came inside
"Who was it honey?" my mum shouted from the kitchen
"It's Amy!" I yelled back. We made our way to the kitchen and sat down on the table.
"Morning Mrs Davis!" Amy sang
"Morning Amy, are you here to get Aria ready for her date?" My mum asked
"Yes, I've been waiting for this day for years!" she shrieked
"Yes, we all have" my mum chuckled as she passed me my breakfast
"Have you eaten Amy?" I asked
"Aria, look at the time, I had breakfast AND lunch before you even woke up" she said
"Oh" I said before shoving a piece of pancake in my mouth
"Oh my days, I just can't wait, what time is he coming to pick you up?" Amy practically screamed
"Who?" I asked
"Zayn, silly"
"Oh, he said around 6ish" I said
"Ok, so I'll start getting you ready at 4:30" Amy said
"Why so early?" I questioned
"Duh, Aria it's your first date, I have to make you look gorgeous not that you're ugly" she explained
"Oh Amy" I cried
"By the way I told Anna and Addie, they said to tell them everything but obviously not before me" Amy said
"Ok, so what do you want to do now" I said putting my plate in the sink
"I don't know" Amy said
"Um why don't you too go out and do the shopping for me?" my mum suggested
"Ok" Amy and I said
"Let me get changed then we'll go" I said heading upstairs.
I went upstairs brushed my teeth and put on blue denim shorts and a while tank top as it was really hot outside, I slipped on my gladiator sandals and pulled my hair into a messy bun. Once I was satisfied with myself I headed back downstairs.
"Ready!" I sang
"Good now let's go" Amy said as my mum handed me the shopping list
"Try to get everything this time" my mum said reminding me of the last time I went shopping by my self, I didn't buy everything because I wasn't bothered but then I lied and said I couldn't find anything, but she eventually found out.
"Ok" I replied
Amy and I headed out the door. Amy was texting Jack and I was scanning the list to see what I had to get. We finally reached the store; I grabbed a basket and began to search for the first thing on the list which was MILK!
"Ok so where do they keep the milk?" I asked Amy
"Um, over there" she replied. We got the milk and butter now all we had to get was the bread, , cereal and cheese then we were done.
"Ok so what's next?" Amy asked
"We have to get the bread, cereal and cheese and then we are done!" I cheered
"Good then I can start getting you ready for your date!" Amy squealed so everyone around us gave us looks, but she didn't care.
"Shut up!" I hissed but she just giggled.
After we got the rest of the things we needed we headed out to the self check outs. Amy wanted to scan the things because she likes the noise it makes, while I packed the things. She scans the bread and butter and I put it in the bag. Suddenly, a pair of hands covered my eyes, I let out a little shriek and placed my hands over the anonymous persons ones then slowly began to take them off.
"ZAYN!" I screamed both shocked and happy
"Ello love" He said in a British accent
"Uh, you love scaring me don't you?" I yelled
"No I love SUPRISING you" he corrected
"Whatever" I said rolling my eyes. I looked at Amy's direction and she was smiling and awing us
"That's so CUTE!" She cooed. I rolled my eyes completely ignoring what she had said
"So, are you stalking me or something?" I questioned
"Yes Aria, how did you know?" He said sarcastically
"Ha, seriously" I said
"No my mum sent me to get milk and then I saw you and Amy and decided to give YOU a little surprise" he explained
"Oh ok" I said while putting the rest of the things in the bag then putting the money into the slot
"Are you ready Aria?" Amy asked
"Yeah let's go"
"Bye Zayn" Amy said
"Bye girls" he replied winking at me
"See ya" I said rolling my eyes at the wink. He chuckled. We walked out of the store dragging the bags with us
"OMG Zayn is such a sweet heart, he defiantly likes you" she said pointing out the obvious
"Na you don't say" I replied sarcastically
"You two suit like crazy, it's unbelievable, and Aria you're very lucky" she said all at once. I just raised my eyebrows.
