AUTHOR'S NOTE:
The song lyrics are crap. This I know. I did them quickly to get this out as fast as possible ("fast"). I might change them later. That's all! Back to the story~

"Excuse me?" I asked as I stared at him, making my voice only loud enough for him to hear and not Ally. He pointed at the computer, then back at me.
"Didn't you download the program?" He asked. I put my phone up to my ear again, where Ally was STILL rambling on. "Ally, I'm gonna have to call you back..." I said, pressing the end button and setting my phone down on my dresser. "Who are you?" I asked him, looking over him again. He looked about my age, and had on jeans and blue and white sneakers.
"I'm Nom. I'm from Singtion, of course. Unless you didn't download the program..." He sad, sounding worried that I didn't download it. "Singtion brings you to life!?" I asked, surprised and thinking the boy must be a frod.
"Of course it does. I may be a computer program but I have feelings! I've always been alive!" He said, sounding offending and looking kind of peeved. I gave him a weird look. "Whatever. Just tell me who you really are-" He frowned, a look that didn't seem to fit his face. "I'm serious!" He said.
I sighed and rolled my eyes. "You know what? Prove it. If you are a computer program, prove it." I said. He paused for a second and asked, "Is that a command, Master?" I have him a strange look. 'Master? ... Whatever, just go along with it.' I thought. "Yeah, it is. Prove you're a fictional character come to life." I said. He walked over to my laptop and flicked the mouse, causing the glitch screen to dissapear. He typed extremely fast, and suddenly a picture of an anime boy that looked just like him came on screen, the caption telling me the anime guy was a Singtion character named "Nom."
"Really?" I asked, being stubborn. "This is not proof. It's a picture of someone you dressed up as." I said. He gave me a look of "you're a moron" and began typing like crazy again when a video popped onto the screen.
I gave him a questioning look. "It's me singing. Listen to it then listen to me. It's the exsact same!" He insisted. I waited for the video to start.
"Beep! Beep! Beep!
Computer screen~
Beep! Beep! Beep!
Computer screen~
It's not that hard to see...
What is inside of me...
I'm zeros and ones and yet nothing at all...
Oh, Can you believe?
That I am really me?
That I am just a piece of machinery?
I'm just a guy from a computer screen- no way to lie, because its really me. And there no way to die- because I'm just a game, and there's no way to hide- from the computer screen."
The guy- "Nom"- paused the video. "Now listen to me." He said, then sang the lyrics perfectly and cut off at the same moment the video had. The voices were identical, and I couldn't deny that he hit every beat exactly on target. There was only one last test he'd have to pass. Ally.
I got out my iPhone and pulled up the camera icon. "Whatcha doing?" He asked. I turned and took a picture, sending it to Ally and typing, 'Which character is this?'
He looked curiously at my phone. "Who're you texting?" He asked, and I looked at him. "Oh, my friend Ally. She'll know if you're-" Cutting me off, my phone buzzed, and I looked at the text I'd just received.
'OMG that's my fav chara he's Nom & I luv him! How did u photoshop him n2 ur room?' I looked at the boy. I knew Ally would spot a fake in a millisecond. This was unbelievable. How was a character from a computer program standing in front of me in my bedroom?
"What?" He asked. I sighed. "You're really him, aren't you?" I asked. He nodded. "You are more famous than the president. If I bring you outside, be ready to be mobbed by a million fan girls." I said.
"Oh, I can just say that I'm cosplaying." He said instantly. I sighed. "I doubt that'll be a good enough excuse..." I muttered, apparently just loud enough for him to hear.
"I think it'll be fine." He said with a confused look on his face. I shook my head. "Whatever." I said, and he frowned. "Master, does this not please you?" He asked, sounding legitimately scared that I was unhappy.
"No, but it won't please me if fan girls go crazy over you because you're following me around."
Nom thought about this for a moment. "Well, I could put on a hoodie and cover my shirt and hair!" He suggested. I hated to say it, but it was an okay idea. Okay enough that it might actually- 'what am I thinking!? It's too much of a risk. Maybe I can contact the creators of the game and see if they know what's going on?' I thought. "Okay. Stay here, and don't-"
Just then my ringtone began to go off. I picked up my phone and it was Ally. I answered. "Ally, you need to come-" "Kristy. I-I'm not... There was a glitch in the game. A-A weird glitch." Please, you have to come here I..." Ally sounded terrified. Asher fried, that scared the crap out of me. "Ally, what are you talking about? "K-Kristy, The glitch... It turned me into a cat."
