"Do you know of anything we can do today?" Asked Jay as he munched on the chocolate bar that was in his backpack.
"No." Ben frowned and looked at the four. Then he listened closely. "What's that noise?"
"Sounds like, oh no, water." Mal frowned. "You know I can't swim."
"But, I gave you that swimming lesson so now you know how to swim a little bit." Ben smiled. He stood up and grabbed Mal's wrist. "C'mon!"

Sure enough, Mal was right.
Ben and Mal burst onto a sandy beach. "Woah." Mal gasped at it's beauty.
The white waves crashed onto the sand which seemed to shimmer in the sunlight. The water extended out on all sides. There wasn't another soul in sight.
"Amazing." Mal smiled at Ben.
"Isn't it..."
"Are we gonna swim or what?" Jay poked his head between the two.
Everyone laughed as Jay ran into the water. "It's not warm!!!!!!!" He shouted before running right back out.
Everyone laughed more.
I wish it could always be like this. Mal smiled at Ben before running into the waves that crashed against the shore. Why can't it always be like this?
Evie and Carlos chased after them into the water and they all laughed and played and splashed. It was the perfect day.

That night everyone was getting ready for bed. As Carlos, Jay, and Evie were talking about school Ben grabbed Mal by the hand and lead her through the forest.
"Where are we going?" Asked Mal.
"Just you wait." Ben flashed her a smile.
The two walked into a clearing. "Look up." Ben instructed Mal.
She peered up at the sky. "It's... just... I have no words!" Mal ran over to a log in the middle of the clearing.
It was beautiful. Fireflies flickered above their heads and the stars shone down on them. Just the two of them.
